I contacted Mr. Michael Trope to assist with a family law matter. We discovered my son's mother has abused, abandoned, neglected, and medically neglected my son, and he nearly died. We have a hearing coming up for my son to move away with me. My son has written 17 letters begging to get away from his mother. Pretty solid case. My wife is a doctor, and I am recovering from cancer. We are good people, and it is a pretty straight forward case. Mr. Trope demanded $950 per hour. During our initial call, the Zoom call abruptly ended. We sent Mr. Trope 4 emails, but he ghosted us for several days. When he finally responded, he resorted to name calling, called me a "POS", and completely attacked us. Totally out of the blue. Michael Trope is highly unstable, incredibly rude, arrogant, and extremely ungrateful. He is what gives attorneys a bad reputation. Run - sprint away from this guy!
