Messerman Robert H Introduce
Welcome to our platform for Nearby Lawyers. If you are a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and are seeking legal assistance, Messerman Robert H has an office located at 21 S 12th St #902, Philadelphia, PA 19107. This introduction aims to provide local users with an objective overview of this legal service provider based on the limited information available online, which notably includes a concerning customer review related to eviction processes.
Information regarding the specific environment and atmosphere of Messerman Robert H's law office at the South 12th Street address is not detailed online. Typically, a law office in a downtown area like this might be situated within a larger commercial building, offering a professional setting for client consultations. The atmosphere can vary, but generally, law offices aim to provide a space where clients feel they can discuss legal matters confidentially. However, without further information, it is difficult to describe the specific environment of Messerman Robert H's office.
The single client review available for Messerman Robert H specifically mentions "doing evictions" for many years. This strongly suggests that a primary area of practice for this law office is landlord-tenant law, particularly representing landlords in eviction proceedings. While this is the only service explicitly mentioned in the review, it is possible that Messerman Robert H also handles other related areas of real estate law or other legal matters. However, based solely on the available information, eviction law appears to be a significant part of their practice.
It is important for potential clients to contact the office directly to inquire about the full range of legal services they offer. This will help individuals determine if the attorney's expertise aligns with their specific legal needs, whether they are a landlord requiring eviction services or a tenant seeking legal advice.
The sole client review provides a critical perspective on the office's handling of eviction processes and communication, particularly concerning tenants. The reviewer, who states they have been "doing evictions" for many years, expresses concern about the office's ability to explain the "21 lock process day" to tenants, especially those who may have language barriers (mentioning the need for someone who speaks English and Spanish). The review specifically highlights an instance where an office representative was allegedly unable to explain the process to a senior citizen facing lockout.
This review raises concerns about the clarity of communication with tenants in eviction cases and the potential for a lack of adequate explanation of critical legal procedures. Potential clients, particularly landlords who value clear and legally sound communication with their tenants throughout the eviction process, should consider this feedback. It suggests a potential issue with ensuring all parties involved fully understand the legal proceedings and their rights.
While this is a single review and may not represent all experiences with Messerman Robert H, it is the only direct feedback available online and should be considered as part of an objective assessment. Typically, key features that clients seek in a lawyer handling eviction matters include:
- Knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law: A thorough understanding of the legal requirements and procedures for evictions in Pennsylvania.
- Clear Communication: The ability to explain the legal process and requirements effectively to both landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties understand their rights and obligations.
- Efficiency: Handling eviction cases in a timely and legally compliant manner.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor with all parties involved.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all legal documents and procedures are handled accurately.
The negative review provided casts doubt on the clarity of communication, at least in the reviewer's experience. Potential clients may wish to inquire about the office's communication protocols and their approach to explaining the eviction process to tenants during an initial consultation.
Currently, there is no positive promotional information available online for Messerman Robert H. The only direct feedback is the negative client review detailed above, which focuses on concerns regarding communication during eviction processes.
Typically, a law office specializing in eviction law might promote its services based on its experience in handling such cases, its understanding of Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law, its efficiency in processing evictions, or its commitment to ensuring legal compliance. However, none of this information is available for Messerman Robert H based on the provided data.
Local users in Philadelphia, particularly landlords seeking legal assistance with evictions, are advised to consider the feedback provided in the review. It may be prudent to inquire specifically about the office's procedures for communicating with tenants and ensuring they understand the eviction process, especially if there are potential language barriers or if the tenant is a senior citizen or someone who may require additional clarity.
Potential clients may also wish to seek out additional reviews or information from other sources, if available, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the attorney's reputation and client service practices, particularly in the area of eviction law. Exploring other nearby lawyers specializing in landlord-tenant law in Philadelphia might also be a prudent step to ensure they find representation that aligns with their needs and values effective communication.
In conclusion, while Messerman Robert H has a listed office in Philadelphia and appears to handle eviction cases, the only direct client feedback available online raises concerns about the clarity of communication regarding eviction processes with tenants. Local users should proceed with caution and conduct thorough due diligence, including direct inquiries about communication protocols, before considering engaging this attorney for their legal needs.
