Turning to client feedback, the provided reviews offer a mixed but generally positive perspective on Meriwether & Tharp, LLC. One client expresses thorough impressio, highlighting "exceptional service" from the initial phone call, noting professionalism and care from individuals like Julie, Ryan, Andrea (senior paralegal), and particularly Alexa (attorney). This client praises Alexa's "expertise and efficiency," her timely delivery on requests, and her "remarkable intelligence and dedication." The review also commends the firm's overall "professionalism and dedication," appreciating the work done "in such a short amount of time." This client concludes by highly recommending the firm for "top-tier legal assistance," emphasizing their combination of "competence, clarity, and a genuine commitment to their clients."

Another review, while ultimately positive, introduces a significant point of consideration regarding pricing. This client praises the "outstanding" care received for an appeal case, specifically mentioning the positive interactions with Intake Coordinator Marie, Paralegal Tobi (who "absolutely deserves a pay raise" for being "prompt, professional and personable"), and Attorney Joann, who closed the case "with a favorable result in just 5 months." This efficiency and positive outcome are highly lauded. However, the reviewer rates the company "100/100 but I do feel the need to warn others about the pricing." The client notes being asked to sign a flat-rate retainer that was "more than double what any other attorney quoted," having been "sold being told this could drag out a year or two and that case was very important to me." Given that the case was completed in just five months with "little opposition," the client felt the flat rate was "entirely too high to not be granted some kind of proration." Despite appreciating the "great work from the team," this client states they would "absolutely use this company again if money wasn’t an issue or on an hourly rate."

In summary, Meriwether & Tharp, LLC appears to be a highly effective and client-focused firm in the realm of family law, with a strong team dedicated to achieving positive outcomes. Their specialization, experienced staff, and commitment to clear communication are clear strengths. However, potential clients should be aware of the pricing structure, particularly the flat-rate fees, and should engage in thorough discussions about costs and potential timelines before committing to their services. This firm's deep expertise in family law makes them a strong contender for those in the Johns Creek area and throughout Georgia who require legal assistance in divorce, child custody, or other family-related legal matters. Initial Review: I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I have received from Meriwether and Tharp, LLC. From the moment I made my first phone call, I was met with professionalism and care. Julie, who took the initial call, was attentive to all of my concerns and ensured they were passed on to the appropriate partner, Ryan. Ryan's guidance was invaluable, providing me with clear direction and the expertise I needed. Andrea, the senior paralegal, further exceeded my expectations by taking the time to walk me through the entire process, ensuring I understood every step along the way. Finally, I am deeply grateful for Alexa, my attorney, whose expertise and efficiency have been outstanding thus far. She has consistently delivered on everything I asked of her in a timely manner, demonstrating both remarkable intelligence and dedication. The level of professionalism and dedication from each team member has been truly impressive. I am incredibly appreciative of the work that has been done so far in such a short amount of time. It’s rare to find a law firm that combines competence, clarity, and a genuine commitment to their clients, but this firm has certainly achieved that. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of top-tier legal assistance.

The level of care that I received for my appeal case was outstanding. Intake Coordinator Marie was a pleasure to deal with. Paralegal Tobi absolutely deserves a pay raise. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is prompt, professional and personable. Joann was my attorney and had my case closed with a favorable result in just 5 months. I would rate this company a 100/100 but I do feel the need to warn others about the pricing. I originally received a retainer form that I was told to disregard and was instead asked to sign another retainer with a flat rate. This was more than double what any other attorney quoted. I was sold being told this could drag out a year or two and that case was very important to me. I could understand the price tag if my case wasn’t completed in 5 months with little opposition from the opposing party. I understand that it was a flat rate but considering the circumstances with the longevity the rate was entirely to high to not be granted some kind of proration. I would absolutely use this company again if money wasn’t an issue or on an hourly rate. I do appreciate the great work from the team. Thank you!

I had a complex legal case that was being sabotaged, and the team at Meriwether & Tharp, LLC stepped in quickly and resolved it to my satisfaction. From my initial contact with Mrs. Palmer (Orientation) to the meticulous document handling by Ms. Vadino, and the strategic guidance from Mr. Shin (Partner), their responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. Their services are reasonably priced for the high-quality representation you receive. While M&T is not cheap, they deliver exceptional legal advice promptly and accurately. The staff had clearly defined roles, with Mr. Shin skillfully building my case, and the firm effectively using technology to enhance their operations and communication. Anyone entering a legal battle should understand that it’s not just about right or wrong; it’s about proving the merit of your claims in the eyes of the law. One of the most valuable aspects of my experience was Mr. Shin’s transparency about the legal costs associated with achieving my desired outcome and his strategic settlement projections based on defense costs. M&T also provided tips on keeping legal fees low while maintaining service quality—something not many firms offer.

10/10 would recommend, from the front desk staff (Helen) to my attorney (Robinson). Relatively affordable & you get what you pay for - worth every penny! There’s a flat fee for the retainer, my attorney was available any time I needed to call her. I felt extremely prepared for my case & supported through it all.

Charlotte Ruble and her team at Meriwether & Tharp have been absolutely amazing. Charlotte was a shark on my day in court and ran circles around the opposing council. She is an advocate of fighting for fathers rights and fighting for whats best for the children. Mrs. Ruble came prepared and was incredibly sharp and her attention to detail is unmatched! She won me primary custody of my daughter and I couldn't be more appreciative! Charlotte and her team communicate thoroughly throughout the process and are always on the case! She is an expert in family law and I would highly recommend Charlotte Ruble and her team.
