This company is TERRIBLE to deal with! They are so behind in times that they do not accept credit cards and their policy to collect past due HOA fees is that is has to be only a check and cannot be paid online. First, does anyone even use checks any longer? Secondly, why lock someone out of their online account preventing them from making payments- isn't that a backwards way of working towards the goal of getting someone to pay? The employees here have their head stuck in the sand and refuse to acknowledge how idiotic it is to prevent payments and only accept an out dated form of payment. I cannot believe my HOA management company pays these people. And before anyone says you shouldn't get behind, I got behind because my daughter was born premature and was in the NICU for 3 months... Needless to say the HOA payment was the last thing on my mind at that time. And no, they did not care why I didn't pay during that time. Simply locked my online account and even though I offered to pay by credit card as I am not working while my daughter was in the NICU they refused to take a credit card payment and demanded a check. DEADBEATS won't even allow me to pay in the form I have available to pay. So at what point does this become a problem with their way of doing business opposed to a problem with the home owner who is trying to pay but can't due to their out dated policies? RIDICULOUS! Please if you are a HOA management company reading this, DO NOT lock owners out of their online account and prevent their payments. You are likely to get better results of payments by allowing payments to be made rather than preventing payments. Who even thought of this BACKWARDS way of collecting??????
