Extremely dissatisfied with this firm. When I first called, I got assigned to an attorney who would handle my case. I sent him the documents he asked for and felt things were great. That was until he told me later that he wanted to pass me off to another attorney in the same law firm who was closer to my area. I’m not sure why this was never discovered during my initial phone call when going over my basic information, however I still had to PAY to have my documents forwarded to the new attorney even though they belonged to the same firm AND was a fault on the firms side for not assigning me to the right attorney from the start. There is also a huge lack of communication that added even more stress to me in my case. I would request to have weekly or even bi weekly updates and barely even got that. I was very understanding in how busy my attorney and her team could get, however going weeks without ANY update is absolutely unacceptable. Especially considering the amount I had invested into this. Even after I spoke to the concierge about my concerns, it seemed like my attorney and her team attempted to communicate for a short period of time before they stopped updating me again. I was feeling extremely defeated and frustrated. My case has been going on for much longer than I had ever anticipated. Additionally, I stressed to my attorney about my finances and not being able to afford these services much longer and pleading with her to just settle my case, however instead of listening to what I wanted, she kept pushing me to keep going in my case saying “we were almost there”. I felt like I had no other choice other than to just completely let my case drop. I’ve attained so much debt using this firm and it has gotten me NOWHERE. Furthermore, when I reached out to the billing department about not being about to pay the outstanding balance in full, she told me the only other option was to set up a payment plan AFTER I paid a large portion of my debt. No one was willing to work with me or give me any other options. All of my concerns fell on deaf ears. I should have stopped using this firm and their services long ago. Now I’ve lost over $10,000 for nothing as I’m STILL in the same position when I first started back in June of 2023. I’m still waiting for them to give me all of my documents back so that I can handle this matter on my own. It’s been ten days now and no response. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to any of my friends or family.
