Based on the limited customer reviews available online, the experiences shared by these individuals warrant careful consideration. One reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction with being named in a foreclosure case handled by McCabe, Weisberg & Conway. This individual recounts attending a court hearing in September 2023 and informing the judge of their and their children's lack of involvement or responsibility for the loan in question. The review further alleges rudeness and unprofessional conduct during a phone interaction with a representative of the firm's Port Chester, New York office (listed as 19 Midland Avenue, Port Chester New York 10573). The user details being told they had to sign a document, their refusal to do so due to a lack of responsibility for the loan, and subsequently being hung up on. The reviewer concludes with a negative assessment of the firm's client service.
Another review also expresses negative feedback regarding communication with the firm. This individual reports difficulty in reaching someone, with the exception of a person in the payment department, identified as possibly Linda. The reviewer indicates that their services were "surrendered" and describes their experience with the firm as causing significant stress, stating they "almost gave me a nervous breakdown." This paints a picture of potential challenges in communication and client service, at least according to this particular individual's experience.
Given the limited number of reviews and the strongly negative nature of the feedback provided, it is challenging to offer a comprehensive overview of the firm's services and features in a balanced way based solely on this information. The reviews primarily focus on negative aspects of client interaction and case handling in specific situations. It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not be representative of the experiences of all clients of McCabe, Weisberg & Conway.
