  • Initially I came to the firm to get a special needs trust for my daughter. Once that was done, it was clear that the ownership of my business and the old trust and will were outdated. Lauren and Joseph were very sweet and understanding as I was not clear on what I needed. They walked me through it all and asked the right questions, clarifying all along what would be best in my situation.
  • By far one of my top legal firms to work with. Sarah is who I work with the most at this firm and also her teammates... To many names to remember lol. Keep up your top notch services, clean offices and conferences rooms, and most importantly the ethics you provide and hold your clients too... Cheerz Sandy Y.
  • An absolute great initial experience with this law firm. From the receptionist to the "Intake Coordinator", Darwin, to our consultation with attorney J. Noble Simpson, we were treated with first-class attention. The process of spending 30 minutes with Darwin and answering many insightful questions about our case was refreshing. It made for an extremely productive 1.5 hr consultation with Mr. Simpson. We were apprehensive about spending $500 to talk with Mr. Simpson, but his preparation made that $500 some of the best money we have spent. Prior to our consultation, we sent multiple audio recordings and documents pertaining to our case. Mr. Simpson digested all that information and was thoroughly prepared to discuss it in detail at our consultation. Additionally, his professionalism and knowledge of his craft is impressive. If you are considering a Trust/Will/Estate litigator, you MUST give Mr. Simpson an opportunity to represent you during this difficult time. Quay and Dawn Richerson
  • Amundson took advantage of father signing papers when incapacitated. Kept the 2nd part of inheritance but gave brothers there's. I never signed papers for this to occur! Said dad was entitled to my share. No, he wasn't dad had his own shares. Where's the money go? In his pocket or to brother, in charge of dad's finances. In cohoots with the brothers lawyers. I want my money plus interest.
  • We had a comprehensive estate plan developed by Lauren Fink and her associates. We were pleased with the communication and relative ease in getting this job done. I would recommend this firm for your estate planning needs.
