Mr. Martinoski is by far the most honest, sincere & just person you will meet. He is very thorough and always has the clients best interest. He is straight, helps you understand and keeps you informed at all times. Great lawyer.
Boris Martinoski was very disorganized and irresponsible in dealing with my case, without my consent and knowledge waived the exchange of case information statements, the main document in the divorce settlement, and convinced me to sign my divorce, blindly based on his suggestions. I have never went to court, did not know that I had a right to see my ex documents, tax returns, and bank accounts. I was misrepresented and falsely advised by Boris Martinoski, Esq. The divorce process was a complete mess and an awful experience. After that, I filed a complaint/Gravience form and now the board of lawyers and inspectors are checking his work. I found out late that a lot of Macedonian people in our community were being misrepresented by him. I have been a victim of domestic violence for five years I showed everything to Boris Martinoski but he said that is late and I did not call police. Martinoski adviced me that only if we go to court we can ask these documents, but that will be a bigger problem for me with two little kids because no one would pay our rent and bills during the process. To anyone dealing with or who wants to deal with this lawyer I would strongly advise you to think twice before you get in agreement with him. I am dealing with so many issues as a result of his advice and legal counseling that have put me and my two little kids in an awful situation.
Great experience! Mr. Martinoski is an amazing lawyer. He is straight forward, well informed, and to the point.
