• I was disappointed in the Marks & Harrison attorney that handled my case. I was in an auto accident, where I was rear ended in 2021 that has left me with multiple aches and pain as well as lost time from work and a series of doctor visits, not to mentioned my new 2020 vehicle that I had less than a year, was total loss. When we were getting to the point of going to court, my attorney made several comments to me pertaining to my age (because of the injuries) and how this case was not going to be a second retirement for me. I expressed my concerns to a higher up at Marks & Harrison but that seemed to fall on deaf ears. After three years of making daily notes on my condition, going to multiple doctors and being emotionally exhausted, I agreed to settle out of court. Much of this decision came by my attorney acting and saying things as if he were the defense attorney. At one point he expressed what a great person the defense attorney in this case was. I was beginning to question if he was even on my side. On a final note, in my settlement after all the payouts, the Marks & Harrison law office made almost the same amount of money that I ended up with. A big disappointment! Thanks, Gerald Maddox
• (Heather Johnson) thankful and grateful to my lawyer and representative of Marks and Harrison… I was hit by a car as I was walking to my own vehicle after work at a local restaurant. Ryan had already helped my husband (in a totally separate and unfortunate case), but took on my case and helped me through a very difficult time. Although the person that hit me had been drinking and driving...because that occurred on private property, he was not charged with that. The police did not do a thorough job and did not collect his insurance information, even though I was struck and obviously in an immense amount of pain requiring 911 services.
