It took two minutes with their intake department to determine that I would not want to be represented by this firm. The representative was short, curt, and just plain rude (very elitist attitude to say the least). Because I did not want to provide intimate details about the medical issues over the phone with him specifically, the representative stated that the firm would not help me. I had no problems with providing information at the office, but that was not good enough for him. I'll be happy to move along, and find someone else.
Marks and Harrison get the job done! They are focused, knowledgably, competent, great customer service (Deidra) and best of all they make you feel like their only client.
