Finally, an indictment towards Laura Owens, a perpetual offender in extortion & fraud. Thank you, Rachel Mitchell & the county of Maricopa. Proud to say I voted for you! Thank you for supporting good citizens and protecting our community.

A disgrace to law enforcement, and the people they represent. Glad we moved, and my tax money isn’t being wasted here. Update as of January 2025 Their prosecutors are still bottom of the barrel. Thanks a lot for letting us all down on the Trooper Homicide case. Your simple minded prosecutors took over six years just to reach a ridiculously low and easy punishment for a cold blooded killer.

Am still upset, disappointed that they filed to dismiss charges in regards to 10 year old Jesse Wilson from buckeye . We have not forget him

The prosecutors only care about convictions, not about justice. The corruption in the system is obvious. If you need proof, just read the report that was released by the Department of Justice. I unfortunately had information that a defendant was innocent and presented this to prosecutor Kimberly Nye after they arrested him. She swept my statement under the rug and then lied to a jury to get an innocent man convicted. The victim in this case claimed she was hit multiple times, but during the trial, Kimberly Nye changed the story into a single punch. The State Bar of course saw no problem with her conduct. Coincidentally guess who the secretary of the State Bar is? The State Bar should be governed not by the same people who are being investigated. This is a common problem in society. It’s the same with the police. Internal affairs is the police. We need to regulate these government agencies with outside agencies. It breaks my heart, knowing that our justice system is not fair and that even knowing when someone is innocent, they still will do anything for a guilty verdict.

Melissa was very helpful, even though what information I was needing, does not exist anymore. So when they seal a case, it's really sealed! This leads me to wonder... who else could have this information, and how was it given to an Official Court Representative, by a private source, and why did they knowly use this information illegally? 🤔
