If there was a lower star Brian would of earned it. He did not follow up with me EVER and stated that he did. He did not do his job and wanted me to settle on a case that still had pending bills that were than left to me. He told me that he called and left voicemails - no calls were ever received. He barely made time to talk on the phone and even had someone else call me when I began to ask questions. His name was Anthony. He acted as though he was doing me a favor by representing me. Brian was not receptive to calls, questions, or anything- when I begin to do my own research and realized what was going on and receiving letters from debit collections on bills that I was TOLD were paid he dropped me! He has no clue what is going on. I now am doing the work myself and have realized even more that he overlooked in the case. He should not be a lawyer. Do not use him. He is horrible. I would call the front desk and leave messages for him and no call back. The front desk per Anthony said I never called- the lady knew my voice thats how much a called. This place is a joke! Now I am spending hours doing the things that Brian never did. Every encounter I have with insurance companies, debit collectors, etc have stated how my attorney should of did this- yet nothing is done. Do yourself a favor avoid this firm!!!
Called ahead to have a will and medical directive prepared. The draft was emailed to me within a couple of days, the final was ready the day after I approved the draft. Quick professional service. Highly recommend.
