• Hi, I usually don’t leave reviews but if you’re reading this and you’re even thinking of going with this law firm, please run the other way I have never met such unprofessional disrespectful people I got in a serious accident in July 2024. I am writing this review in March 2025. The Lawyer Armando rudely dismissed me from my case over a text message after I waited all these months. The reasoning of why is because I told them they were unprofessional because his assistant Sarah was expecting me to do her job for her. They wanted me to call around to all the hospitals and clinics everywhere I’ve been seen And get my own medical records after the fact that they told me if I give them all my personal, my chart that she can gather my medical records quickly they said give them two weeks and they will have a update. I waited over two weeks. No one reached out to me so I reached out to them about 3 weeks so this was at the end of February I always call no answer. I have to literally stalk their line or text them multiple times to get a response.I texted telling them that I don’t like leaving my personal information shared for long periods of time if they were done and Sarah really turned around-to tell me that I can change my password to my chart And just call my clinics and hospitals and get my medical records so they obviously lied. They never worked on my case since my accident they took my case a serious case that left me injured to this moment I had to be cut out of my vehicle because my vehicle was smashed in. It left me with neck, injuries and a spine injury. That is when I had enough so I text him to give me a call. They did not wanna give me a call. I told them that they were unprofessional and disrespectful. And that every advice, and everyone that knew about my accident was telling me that this should not be happening They even asked if it was a scam the law firm because literally I have to force to speak to somebody. I only had two sit downs, which was less than 10 minutes and they have my case over six months. They didn’t do no work on my case, but they were quick enough to write a end term letter to dismiss them from working on my case I trusted them with every bone in my body. I have cried to them. I told them that I was a single mother and that this accident changed my life. I lost my full-time job. I’m not capable of doing my daily things anymore. I can’t work full-time and they promised me to win my case to help me. They didn’t do anything but tear me down even more. And I have all the text messages to prove everything I barely even spoke to supposedly the Lawyer Armando he wouldn’t even respond. That was the only reason why I kept contacting Sarah because he would ignore every contact I am beyond heartbroken and disappointed because I went with them thinking they are small law firm and they seem like down to earth trustworthy I try to give them the benefit of doubt and I literally got the short end of a stick and I don’t get it real lawyers, real lawyers a real law firm can easily get money from my case, but I went with them, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt trusting them will never happen again The photos are screenshots of just the last time we contacted each other after months of being promised that they’re gathering all my records. I am so sorry for the long but not long enough bad review because if I told the story from the beginning to the end, it will blow peoples mind. I honestly look like the fool because I trust that you guys and I knew it did not seem right it but that was my first time this is my first time dealing with a accident case lesson learned oh, and last thing too the ladies in front that take calls are no better because I called after having this issue with them because I’m thinking I can speak to a boss someone else switch my lawyers or something they told me they were gonna call me back, so don’t worry about it. They never even called me back. The whole law firm is a gimmick.
• Yes they are rude and not professional they threat you like tou are a bother. They don't let you talk and they assume with out asking you are a client and event bother asking if you are. Really don't recommend poor customers service
• Unprofessional, terrible customer service, the day of my court hearing my attorney didn’t even have details on my case! I had to personally speak with the judge! Save your money and go to another lawyer!
• Great staff at the Elgin location, Thanks to Lizbeth she was amazing helping me through the whole process
• Horrible experience. The office could not even be professional for the 1st consultation. Receptionist are under qualified for their job which is not hard so that says a lot. Once the office manager came out you could tell why the receptionist don’t care because the office manager doesn’t care about their clients or potential clients. Office manager “we have helped 10,000 people we don’t care about a bad review. Went here after reading their bad reviews giving them the benefit of the doubt but the review did not disappoint. Bad customer service. They do not respect appointments. Good luck working with them. Prepare yourself for the office staff to be unprofessional, uneducated, careless and prepare to wait as long as they want you to.
