The firm appears to have a long-standing presence in the community, as indicated by a client who was assisted for over 20 years. While one review expresses concerns regarding fees and the perceived quality of work in a specific instance, another highlights the dedication and persistence of attorney Ken Thomson in achieving a final settlement and protecting the client's rights. This suggests a firm with experienced attorneys, though individual experiences may vary.
As a legal resource in the Freehold area, Manning Caliendo & Thomson aims to provide representation across various legal matters. The positive review emphasizes the kindness of the staff and the unwavering commitment of attorney Ken Thomson to his client over an extended period, ultimately leading to a favorable outcome. This indicates a firm that values client relationships and perseverance. However, the contrasting negative review raises concerns about fee structures and the perceived level of service in at least one instance. Therefore, local users should consider these differing perspectives when evaluating Manning Caliendo & Thomson for their legal needs.
Based on the limited but contrasting feedback from real clients, the services offered by Manning Caliendo & Thomson appear to include:
- Personal Injury Law (Implied): The positive review mentions a "final settlement," which often relates to personal injury cases where compensation is sought for injuries sustained due to negligence. The client being represented for over 20 years suggests a potentially complex and long-term case.
- General Legal Representation: The firm likely handles other areas of law as well, given its established presence. The negative review does not specify the area of law but implies a dissatisfaction with the outcome and fees.
- Long-Term Client Relationships: The positive review highlights a relationship spanning over two decades, suggesting the firm is capable of handling long-term legal matters and building lasting connections with clients.
Several features can be inferred from the client reviews regarding Manning Caliendo & Thomson:
- Experienced Attorneys: The mention of Mr. Thomson (Ken) assisting a client for over 20 years indicates the presence of experienced legal counsel within the firm.
- Kind and Supportive Staff: The positive review specifically mentions the kindness of the staff, suggesting a welcoming and supportive environment for clients.
- Persistence and Dedication (in some cases): Attorney Ken Thomson is described as never giving up and protecting the client's rights, highlighting dedication to achieving a positive outcome.
- Potential for High Contingency Fees (as per one review): One review suggests a 50% attorney's fee, which may be a point of consideration for potential clients.
- Variable Client Experiences: The stark contrast between the two reviews indicates that client experiences and perceptions of the firm's work can differ significantly.
One client's experience with Mr. Thomson (Ken) over 20 years stands out. They received a final settlement and praised his unwavering commitment and the kindness of the staff. This long-term positive relationship suggests that the firm, at least in some instances, provides dedicated and effective representation, particularly in cases that may take considerable time to resolve. The client's gratitude and willingness to recommend the firm highlight a positive outcome and a strong attorney-client relationship.
However, the second review presents a contrasting viewpoint, cautioning potential clients about a potentially high 50% attorney's fee and describing the work as "mediocre." This perspective suggests that some clients may have concerns about the value received for the cost of representation and the quality of service in their specific cases. It is important for potential clients to discuss fee structures and expectations regarding the handling of their case in detail before engaging the firm.
Given the mixed feedback, it is difficult to ascertain specific promotional information. However, the positive review, emphasizing long-term dedication and a successful settlement, could be seen as an implicit endorsement of the firm's commitment to their clients. Conversely, the negative review serves as a cautionary note regarding potential costs and the perceived quality of work in some instances. Local users considering Manning Caliendo & Thomson should weigh these perspectives carefully.
For local users in Freehold, NJ, and the surrounding areas seeking legal representation, Manning Caliendo & Thomson, located at 8 Broad St #10, offers a firm with experienced attorneys and a history of serving the community. If you don't mine an attorney taking 50% then Sure this is great, The take is minimal but it's mediocre work and if you "Accept it as your worth with you're pain and with what you been through then So go on And sign. Enjoy the outcome
