Paid $300 for a 22 min consultation where Aaron informed that his plate was pretty full but would revisit my issue in 2 weeks. He also informed that if he was unable to assist I would be referred to a colleague. 2 weeks passed and I sent an email for a follow up to the secretary as well as Aaron and Michael Maduff and I received no response. My issue was completely ignored by all parties. It would have been more professional to inform that they were unable to assist then to take my money while already knowing their plates were full and completely ignoring me. It’s unacceptable how I was treated when looking for assistance from those who are supposed to help. Seems like they only wanted that consultation fee to meet their quota for the day.

Maduff and Maduff is a truly superb law firm with great people. Aaron Maduff and the members of his team not only demonstrated skill and professionalism while handling my case but showed extraordinary compassion while helping my family and me navigate a very difficult and stressful time in our lives. I spoke to three other firms before discovering Maduff & Maduff and can honestly say that my experience with Maduff & Maduff was completely different. From the receptionist who took my first call to the lawyers who handled my case, every member of the Maduff & Maduff team was consistently approachable, knowledgeable and professional. As a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, I am not used to feeling uncertain or intimidated. However, when an issue arose regarding my Reserve military service, my employer held all the cards. After speaking with other firms and finding them arrogant - making me feel as if they were doing me a favor by discussing a potential case - I spoke with Aaron Maduff. He explained my rights, the law and every aspect of the legal process, leaving no question unanswered. He gave me his opinion at various decision points but did not pressure me, allowing me to make the right decisions for my circumstances. Throughout the process, I honestly felt as if I was Aaron's only client, despite the fact he was simultaneously arguing a case before the Supreme Court. I was referred to Maduff and Maduff by another firm from Springfield who stated that Maduff and Maduff were more closer (I am in Chicago) and were better suited to assist me with my issue. That was an honest and WONDERFUL recommendation! I worked with Aaron on my situation and I appreciated is honesty and straightforwardness and after assessing the situation presented all the options so that I could make the best, intelligent and well informed decision. He was able to negotiate a better severance deal for me than the one my company initially offered. In fact, while he was working on my case, I was contacted by a family member in a similar situation and was able to refer her to him. Lawyers are a joke supposed to of had a good Case Met couple times everything was perfect then all of a sudden they supposedly sent three emails And they claim no one respond then the case is over. We waited too long So they say and never received three emails never received one email from them had to get information from another employee then They never return calls. Would never recommend these jokers to anybody!
