Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers Introduce

Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers, located at 901 Corporate Center Dr in Monterey Park, operates within the "Nearby Lawyers" platform category and focuses on legal matters pertaining to dependency court. Dependency court typically involves cases where the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) becomes involved with families due to allegations of child abuse or neglect, potentially leading to issues of child custody and parental rights. For local users navigating the complexities of the dependency court system, Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers presents itself as a firm that handles these sensitive legal proceedings.

The office of Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers is situated on Corporate Center Drive in Monterey Park, a location that is likely accessible to residents within the greater Los Angeles area. While specific details about the firm's office environment are not available in the provided information, it can be generally assumed that it offers a professional setting for consultations and case management related to dependency law. Given the often delicate and emotional nature of dependency cases, the environment would ideally provide a space where clients feel they can discuss their situations with a degree of privacy and understanding.

The primary service offered by Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers, as suggested by their name, is legal representation in dependency court cases. This involves representing parents or other parties involved in proceedings initiated by DCFS. The scope of their services would typically include attending court hearings, filing legal documents, advocating for their clients' rights, and potentially working towards reunification of families when children have been removed from parental custody. Understanding the intricacies of California's dependency laws and court procedures is crucial in this field, and the firm's focus presumably lies in providing this specialized legal assistance.

However, the available client reviews paint a concerning picture of the experiences some individuals have had with Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers. One reviewer expressed extreme dissatisfaction, stating they would give a "zero star" rating if possible and claiming that "every review written on this firm is true and accurate," labeling the firm a "scam." This client specifically named an attorney, Benjamin Falcioni, alleging he did nothing on their case, which they believe resulted in the loss of their daughter's custody. The reviewer strongly advises others to check the firm's status with the California State Bar and urges parents to post reviews to warn others, particularly mothers, whom they claim are "degraded and disrespected" and receive minimal help or support. This review also mentions a parent advocate/social worker investigator who allegedly investigated the parent instead of the social worker, further eroding trust in the firm's processes.

Another review echoes similar sentiments of dissatisfaction and distrust. This client specifically names Helena Rho, referring to her as the "worst person ever" and stating that the firm does not care about reuniting parents with their children. The reviewer alleges that Helena Rho never contacted them to hear their side of the story, relying solely on the social worker's documentation and failing to advocate on their behalf. The client also reports poor communication, with calls received only on court days and text messages and emails ignored at other times. This individual ultimately hired a different attorney, Vincent Davis, whom they credit with turning their situation around, further highlighting their negative experience with Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers.

The features that emerge from these reviews are overwhelmingly negative. Clients allege a lack of diligence in handling cases, poor communication, a lack of advocacy for parents, and a potential bias or failure to adequately investigate the circumstances from the parents' perspective. The accusations of being a "scam" and lacking integrity are severe and should be taken very seriously by potential clients. The reported failure to adequately represent parents in dependency court, potentially leading to loss of custody, is a critical failure in the fundamental duty of a lawyer.

Given the gravity of the allegations in the client reviews, it is difficult to identify any positive features of the firm based solely on this information. The recurring themes of neglect of cases, inadequate communication, and a lack of support for parents involved in dependency court proceedings are significant red flags. Local users considering Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers should be extremely cautious and thoroughly investigate these claims before entrusting their sensitive and high-stakes dependency cases to this firm.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers in the provided data. In light of the serious negative feedback, potential clients would be well-advised to seek legal representation elsewhere and to heed the warnings shared by these reviewers. The importance of effective and trustworthy legal counsel in dependency court cannot be overstated, as it directly impacts the fundamental rights of parents and the well-being of children. The experiences shared in these reviews suggest that Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers may not provide the level of advocacy and support that families facing these challenges urgently require.

In conclusion, Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers in Monterey Park focuses on handling cases within the dependency court system. However, the available client reviews express profound dissatisfaction with the firm's services, alleging neglect of cases, poor communication, a lack of advocacy for parents, and serious concerns about their integrity and effectiveness. Local users navigating dependency court proceedings are strongly urged to carefully consider these negative experiences and to conduct thorough due diligence and seek alternative legal representation to ensure their rights are protected and their cases are handled with the necessary diligence and care. The strong warnings from former clients should not be ignored.

If I can give a zero star to this organization I would do that. Every review written on this firm is true and accurate. This firm is a scam especially law offices of Emily Berger assigned an attorney to my case his name is Benjamin Falcioni. He did nothing on the case and today as a result I have lost custody of my daughter. please check their statuses of california state bar and you would get to know how bad this organization is. Please don’t trust them. It is true they have no integrity and they work against innocent parents especially mothers are so degraded and disrespected and are least helpful and supportive. Please parents post as many reviews on this firm as many as you can so that other parents can find it helpful as well.oh and I forgot I was also assigned a parent advocate cum a social worker investigator. Guess what she never investigated the social worker but would in return investigate me. Do not do not trust this firm please. Run away from dcfs and Los Angeles dependency lawyers aka LADL.

Helena Rho! Worst person ever. These people do not care about getting your kids back. She never even called me to hear my story. All she would do is go off of what the social worker entered in the documents and didn’t even put up a fight for me. She would call me the same day as court and ignore all my text messages and emails during every other day. Horrible and has her karma! I hired attorney Vincent Davis! The best their is. And now things are finally turning around for me.

Very rude unprofessional individuals. The female individual I spoke with has no patience nor knows how to be professional. Had a very short temper and rudely hangs up. Apparently being rude to other people is funny to her also. Provide better communication and phone etiquette skills to your insolent staff.

They all work against you. The dependency lawyers reads off the lies written by the social worker. Martin Lee Law Firm dependency lawyer Mr. Michael Green and his supervisor Lori Davis just sits back and hear what the county counsel representing DCFS got to say. The dependency lawyers will not support you with visitation or trying to plea your case with evidence. They all work together (DCFS, dependency lawyer, children counsel, the court) to prolong to the case so they can all get paid by the government. The emotional distress and psychological abuse the children have to endure with the lies DCFS social worker Wade Shinn, Yolanda Hilario, and Alejandra Gandarilla Herrera states in court documents. They will commit perjury and the dependency lawyer will state this is the not court house for this. Then when you lose custody based on false allegations, the dependency lawyer and his supervisor state to wait 6 months to take it back to Family court. We didn't want no 6 months and took it back to Family Court as soon as custody was lost. Went to family court, and the judge recognized all the errors and biased conducted and regain full custody of the children.

Never had a single lawyer that was consecutive for 2 hearings in a row. Always got a new lawyer so nobody ever knew my case but they pretended to have read it. They get paid by the same people that sign the social workers check and the judges check. Guaranteed that they work against you and your children. If I were able to I would give less than one star.
