• In 2020, Despite having an attorney and status quo. She worked in favor of mother who still is and was the aggressor of the co-parenting relationship. Despite providing proof of events that occurred and proof pattern of behavior - still went in mothers favor. I was forced to relocate out of state to AZ to still be one week on one week off in my kids life with the existing stipulation. While the mother was in living in Arizona and I was still in Wisconsin trying to make it to Arizona - I spoke with my kids once between July 16th 2022 - 9/27/2022. Took a surprise visit to the kids school in AZ for me see and hug my kids. Upon arrival mother refused to return back to the 50/50 custody stipulation in place, filed a false restraining order that was dismissed, and has taken me to court 5 times since April 2022. However Lisa deemed my situation as an “understandable anxiety” Now I’m in Arizona court district fighting to remain in my kids lives because the mother is attempting full custody AGAIN as of 10/5/2023.
• If she is appointed as a GAL on your case, have your attorney file an IMMEDIATE motion to have her removed. She was appointed as a GAL on my case and her actions, or lack thereof, were the exact same as mentioned throughout her reviews...anti-father, biased, unethical. She does ZERO investigation and acts as a second attorney for whomever she makes up in her head as the "winner" in the matter and then just railroads the other party. Refuses to speak to ANY professionals and plows ahead with her own uninformed biased opinion. The one thing that she does do is she ALWAYS makes sure that she sends out the bill for her lack of service or best interest of whom she is appointed. I believe that the only reason she is a GAL is because she can't get any clients of her own....AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOUR FAMILY WILL BE RUINED.
• A great attorney. She stayed true to protecting a child despite being continuously stalked, harassed and verbally assaulted. She gave both parents an equal opportunity to show her/the court that they were committed to raising a child. She never wavered in her dedication to make smart, healthy decisions in regard to the future well being of a child. Highly recommend.

• Lisa was selected as a mediator in my divorce/custody case. She demonstrated so much compassion and respect for me. More so than my own attorney. I wish I knew about her before hand and would have had her as my attorney! She is definitely someone you want on your side!!!

• BEWARE!!!!!!! She is extraordinarily biased. She was appointed as GAL for my children in a change of custody case regarding school placement. Even though she clearly expressed that she didnt think i should lose custody rights, she argued with the court commissioner that there was evidence to do so. So much in fact that he became upset and yelled at them to answer his questions as he asked. Luckily the commissioner threw the case out because there was not even enough evidence to meet the lower burden of proof. She was dismissed and her role was over. The judgement was for us to make the school arrangements ourselves or immediately put our kids back in their old school the following day. (Their old school had already been in session for 3 weeks) Afterwards, while still in the courthouse, my ex and I came to an agreement with our lawyers present. Again, Lisa's role was over and she was dismissed by the court commissioner. She then took it upon herself, and decided to setup arbitration at her office with a retired judge because she didnt like our arrangement. This caused even more conflict and caused my ex to again break our arrangement, which put us in contempt of court and caused emotional harm to my kids who were finally happy to know where they would be going to school. This was all in direct contrast to her "findings" to the court. I qoute "I do not put much stock into the children's "wishes" as they are too young to make any landmark decisions regarding their education. Dr. *****(Mediator) was clear that they wish for a resolution more than anything." But i guess that meant only a resolution that that awarded my ex sole custody over decisions. During her "investigation" she never met the children, and only talked to me about the case for 20min. over the phone. She didnt present a single fact or concern she discussed with me, and only presented my ex's wishes and inconveniences. The fact that I dramatically changed my life, my work schedule and my business to maximize my time with my kids and be the best possible single father was used against me because I was more flexible, and the extra 2 hours of driving a day wouldnt effect me as much. She even suggested my 7 y.o. could walk to school unsupervised. She only looked at the dpi school ratings for the 2 elementary schools even though my son would be in middle school. The middle school ratings were only .3/100 different and the high school ratings clearly show the district Im in as superior. None of which was reported. Needless to say, she'll be lucky if I dont make a complaint to the WI bar association. Im am extremely dissatisfied and angered by her obvious bias and unsolicited actions. I wish I could give her negative stars because she caused harm to my coparenting relationship and actually did the exact opposite of what was in the best interests of my children. Her actions were in direct violation of what was ordered by the court commisioner. If she is appointed your GAL, request a change!!!!!!!!!!
