HOA sold 10 of those properties to themselves under a fake company for $145000 while market value is now over a million dollar. Now the case is under litigation in DeKalb County court. HOA was removed and Randall Lipshutz was fired by new HOA Wolf Acquistion LLC. The new HOA is trying to get the 10 properties back. Since HOA was removed and Randy Lipshutz was fired, now the complex has been totally renovated by Wolf and price are way up.
