We had estate planning documents prepared in December 2024. For us who didn't not know much about what the process would entail or how to get started, Craig and colleagues made it easy. The office was very responsive and accommodating in terms of scheduling, from initial contact, online intake form, consultation, and final document signing. The draft documents were emailed to us for preview. We also had questions answered not only during the consultation and signing sessions, but also via email during the entire process and after everything was done. We are very happy we worked with them and would certainly do so in the future.
My husband and I met with Craig Lerman for estate planning, and were very impressed by the care and detail Craig took in explaining the documents, and answering our questions. We worked with another attorney at a different firm previously, and had a horrible experience, so we were a bit hesitant to start the process with someone else. Craig exceeded our expectations, as he is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We did not feel rushed in any way. Craig’s staff is also great.
