• My husband and I retained Tracey Lenox on behalf of our son, who was 17 at the time, to represent him regarding an initial assault and battery charge. Through her exemplary representation, she was able to have the charge reduced to misdemeanor and with compliance of drug screening, potential treatment of necessary, and counseling, the charges would be dismissed in one year. With success, my son's charges were dismissed. Without Ms. Lenox's excellent and commendable recommendations and representation, our son would not have had such a beneficial outcome. She is both loyal and faithful to her clients always desiring the optimum outcome for her client.
• My lawyer was Tracey Lenox. She was late to court the day of my hearing complaining of knee pain. She then proceeded to advise me to take a bad deal instead of working hard to defend me at trial. I later found my sentence was worse than people with both similar and more serious charges. I'm disappointed with the quality of work and feel taken advantage of. I should have realized I picked the wrong lawyer the moment I found myself dealing with her assistant more than her. Once Ms. Lenox took the money, there ended her defense on my behalf. I would not recommend anyone put their faith in this lawyer/law firm. Please find yourself a lawyer that will truly work on your behalf.
• I am writing to show my appreciation and gratitude to Ms. Tracy A. Lenox. I must say that she went above and beyond to make sure the charge is dismissed. Prior to court date she made knows of all circumstances surrounding the the incident. She took notes of every detail, she even paid us a visit at home to see were the events took place. She was kind and respectful throughout this preparatory process. The assisting staff were amazing, always answered the phone immediately and always made sure our concerns addressed in a timely manner. • Ms. Lenox sent an email request at 10pm EST to my daughter on a Sunday night in hope to get text messages exchanges between my daughter & I for her client’s court hearing on the next day at 9am. Ms Lennox threatens to subpoena my daughter’s phone records if she doesn’t comply. My 25 yr old is so terrified that she couldn’t sleep or function. The case has nothing to do with my daughter but Ms. Lennox is using fishing tactic to looking for evidence that might help her client. She is seriously violating ethics because now my ex can get hold of my sensitive personal informant such as my phone number without my consent.
