The primary service offered by LemonLaws.com by Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is legal representation for consumers seeking remedies under California's Lemon Law. This law protects consumers who purchase or lease new or used vehicles that have substantial defects that the manufacturer or dealer has been unable to repair after a reasonable number of attempts. Based on the positive customer review, the firm assists clients in navigating the complexities of Lemon Law claims, aiming to secure settlements for their clients, which can include vehicle repurchase, replacement, or cash compensation.

One notable feature highlighted in the positive review is the firm's streamlined initial process. The client described the initial outreach as "super simple," requiring only the submission of relevant documents via email. This suggests an efficient intake process designed to make it easy for potential clients to begin their Lemon Law claims. The review also emphasizes the importance of maintaining thorough records of all dealership visits and repair attempts, which is crucial for building a strong Lemon Law case.

The positive review also provides insight into the timeline of a Lemon Law case with this firm. The client reported an approximately three-month period to receive notification of a successful settlement and an additional three and a half months to receive the actual settlement. While this indicates that Lemon Law cases can take time, the client's willingness to share this information suggests transparency regarding the duration of the legal process. The client also mentioned that when they called for updates, the staff, specifically mentioning Miguel, were knowledgeable about their case and provided friendly and informative updates.

However, it is crucial to present a balanced perspective, as one review expresses significant skepticism and concern. This reviewer described receiving a letter implying their vehicle was a lemon but reported that after scanning a code and uploading personal information, the firm's system quickly claimed their vehicle did not qualify. This individual raised concerns about the use of their private information and advised caution, labeling the company as "very suspicious." This negative review highlights the importance for potential clients to conduct their own thorough research and consider all available feedback when choosing legal representation.

I received a letter in the mail about Prestige legal solutions and like everyone was skeptical at first . After doing my research and seeing this was a legit law firm I read all the fine prints and said why not, ESPECIALLY I had bought my 2017 Chevy Colorado brand new and at 65k miles the transmission already started slipping. I had taken my truck to the dealer always to get maintenance and had multiple receipts from the Chevy dealer doing transmission flush’s and calling it a “shutter effect” . Even after flush transmissions and restarted the trucks computer , after a couple months it would still happen agian with the “hard shift”. Reaching out to Prestige was super simple, I just had to email them all my documents. Keep in mind this process did take awhile to get, approximately 3 months to get the update that my case won and I will receive a settlement and then about another 3 1/2 months to receive the actual settlement. I did call for updates but every time I did they knew my case information right away and the last person I talked to was Miguel and he was very friendly and kept me informed about my settlement. My advice to people Looking for a lemon law lawyer I would recommend this company and just remember to save your documents going to a dealer for maintenance and have patience with these types of lawsuits. Better to have patience then like in my case having to pay for a new transmission out of pocket. Also, thank you Prestige Legal Solutions!

Seems like a huge scam. They sent me a letter mentioning my current car and informing me that my car is a lemon (“This notice applies to your vehicle”), but when I scanned their code and uploaded my personal information they all of a sudden claimed within a few minutes that my car did not qualify. I wonder what they use our private information for… be careful!! Don’t trust this company. Very suspicious.

although they were very nice people I wasn't exactly pleased. my case was handle during the holidays so my projected time of payment did not come on time . in addition to that they took over half my check. I always thought it was only 33% maximum to take ,however they took over half I guess that's my fault as I argued more percentage but they said basically take it or leave it.if I could do it over again I would find a better law firm based on that alone

I’d be curious to know why this company is using scare tactics to get me to open their advertisements. I got a letter in the mail and without even opening it, it stated “Re: Case#: ” followed by a number and then my full name and address. I was scared that I was in legal trouble and being sent mail about a case I wasn’t aware of. Only to open it and find out it was an advertisement for this company to sue for lemon laws. My vehicle is fine. I do not appreciate this form of advertising and think it’s wrong to do it like this.

I wish I reviewed this law firm before hiring them. The only reason I didn't was because i received a letter in the mail and dived straight in like an idiot. This law firm exhibits a tremendous lack of professionalism and a dismissive staff. But it doesn't stop there. Their communication skills are just as horrible. The 9 months I had this firm as my attorney, I had only a handful of calls, and most were from me to them begging for updates. I've read reviews from other clients of there's often experience delays in responses and lack of updates on their cases as well. Previous clients have left numerous negative reviews, warning others to avoid their services! Thank God you did because I would've stayed with this firm. I started to question what was taking so long and how aren't there any updates after 9 months. Turns out a case wasn't even filed yet!! I've since then fired this group and found a better one that keeps me updated frequently!
