Embarrassing! Embodiment of an "ambulance chaser." Didn't put any work into my case. Remedial communication. Once when returning a call, after 3 messages and 2 texts, she left me a voicemail that started "This is Suzanne Leidner. I'm a lawyer. I think I am your lawyer..." When it came time for my hearing it became very apparent that she had not reviewed my case. At times she was referring to ailments I didn't have and events that didn't happen in my case... When she was finally paying attention to my case it became apparent how incompetent she was. She had issues finding files because she has different "systems." I had to walk her through attaching files to emails. Getting her to provide resources and information was impossible. Her suggestion was to Google the information I was asking her for.

I called to ask for a consultation and guidance on possibly filing for social security disability. I was referred over by Darras Law. I gave my information to the receptionist (or whoever first answered the phone), and was given no response, instead immediately transferred without warning. Second person with whom I was connected immediately hung up on me right after I stated my name, without warning. I had no chance to discuss anything, as their firm had hung up the second I provided my name, and no other information.

Rude. They said they have clients and they don't need anymore. I am really upset the nerve of them to say go look for someone else and hung up. Really where is the professionalism now days. 0 stars for me, and this isn't even the whole story..
