I wish I could give them 0 stars. We had the absolute worst experience with this law office. We should’ve checked the other reviews but my husband coworker recommended them. Not sure why because they were HORRIBLE. My husband received a traffic citation for speeding. He hadn’t received a speeding violation in over 15 years. We were informed by attorney Britney that she would represent my husband in court and he didn’t need to come since his job is extremely demanding. She also told us she would get the ticket amount decreased, and/or keep points off his license based on his driving record but he may have to take a driving course. On his court day we were informed another attorney went in Britney’s place. This said attorney reported back that my husband was found guilty and needed to take the driving class but no points would be on his license. Two days later, the attorney David Taylor reached out saying something different and the attorney that went in Britney’s place wasn’t familiar with the process, therefore not explaining the outcome correctly. When I tried to speak with attorney Britney, she referred us back to attorney David who was very rude and used vulgar language after I expressed how displeased I was with their service. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. This was a waste of money. Thank God my husband and I was able to get the situation rectified on our own.

Only giving one stars because I had too, If I could give zero I would. I hired this attorney and he gladly took my money. However, he never showed up to court or even called me back. His office said he "broke his leg" and refused to refund my money saying they don't give refunds for any reason. He never even once consulted me regarding my case. Will be going to the board to file an official complaint on this one. Because of this I had to plead out on my own without any counsel and this has affected my life severely in several ways. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE!!!

Do not I repeat do not hire this law firm they will rob you blind. I hired David Taylor’s firm to represent my uncle, he put two inexperienced lawyers on my uncles case and all they did was lie to me and my family for almost two years, about things that went on in the court room, and things we asked them to do that could possibly better his case which never happened. They extended court date after court date instead of doing the things that were asked of them that could have possibly resolved this case. They won’t return your calls and they will demand money be paid immediately or they will withdraw from your case, (they sent text messages to my phone stating this) even though it doesn’t state that in the contract that I signed. It says payments will be made three days prior to said court date, but they stated they would file a motion to withdraw from the case if I didn’t pay all three court dates at once(280 per court date X’s 3) I never missed any payments. I have a recording (yes it came to that) of attorney Brittney Herndon stating she would email me information on my uncles case which never happened. I asked her four different times during this recording and she lied to my face. I’m a first responder here in Jacksonville I work hard for my money and hate to see it thrown away by this law firm, don’t hire them please.

This is absolutely the WORST law office EVER.... The first attorney that was appointed to me for my husband was extremely nice, but a few weeks in and he quit the firm so they said I had a new attorney... A woman , she only contacted me for payment never to discuss anything and I certainly couldn't contact her at the office.... Then on the final court date, guess what, she didn't show up... Some other attorney showed up and didn't know not one thing about the case...I can't believe that a law office would run a business like that...it is absolutely ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend this law office

We got ourselves in a bad situation with a moving company. We did everything we could to work out a solution with no success. My niece told me about Neil. Called up Neil Weinreb law firm. They jumped right on the situation. He gave me sound advice. Was able to direct me in what options I had. Would highly recommend this agency.

Common legal services that a general law office in Florida might offer often include, but are not limited to:
- Traffic Violations: Representation for speeding tickets, reckless driving, DUI, and other moving infractions.

When considering legal representation, it is vital to look beyond just the range of services offered and delve into the firm's operational characteristics and client experiences. While an office might list many services, the quality of delivery and client interaction are paramount.
Based on the provided customer reviews, here are some critical aspects to consider, framed as potential "features" or "highlights" from a client's perspective, though the sentiment expressed in the reviews leans heavily towards negative experiences:
- Initial Consultation and Representation Promises: Clients are often informed of specific strategies or outcomes during initial discussions, such as ticket amount reductions or keeping points off a license.
- Attorney Assignment: It appears that cases may be assigned to different attorneys within the office, sometimes unexpectedly to the client on the day of court.
- Communication Protocols: There should be clear channels for clients to speak directly with their assigned attorney or a knowledgeable representative regarding case updates and outcomes.
- Refund Policy: Understanding the firm’s policy on refunds, particularly in cases where services are perceived as unrendered or unsatisfactory, is crucial.
- Professional Conduct: The professionalism and demeanor of attorneys and staff during client interactions, especially when addressing concerns or dissatisfaction, are highly important.
- Court Appearance and Diligence: An attorney's commitment to attending scheduled court dates and consistently consulting with clients regarding their case development is a fundamental expectation.
- Impact on Client's Life: The effectiveness of legal representation should ultimately aim to positively influence or mitigate negative impacts on a client's life.
