Rusty Allen has represented me several times over the past 25 years and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with his diligent and intelligent representation. Mr.Allen has performed so well that I have never lost a case with him and I have referred my long term friends to him. ( Something I by a personal rule that I don't do) The point is W Austin ( Rusty Allen) is a great as attorney who takes his job seriously and he is a great guy as well. Not a stereotical arrogant and obnoxious liar lawyer. I strongly recommend his representation .

Lost my case because he lied, didn't do what a lawyer should do for a client. Buddied up with the other team. I should have won my law suit in workers comp But he was horrible. Honestly I wish I knew that he was just out to take money from my checks even when he's not supposed to get anything unless I win. But he wanted to pay for his stamps and envelopes. Over 5k taken. I got nothing. I should have won but I lost bc he didn't know what he was doing. Do you research Do not go with this idiot.
