Roy was extremely negligent in my case and wasted nearly 7 months of my time producing no results and was extremely irresponsible returning my calls, emails and texts. I also had appointments with him that he would never show up to and not even provide a courtesy call. I had some legal information I needed from him because at this point, I decided I had been more than patient. This took a month. I finally called his office and threatened legal action if these documents were not surrendered within a few business days. He was a horrendous attorney which makes it even hard to believe this man is a legitimate attorney which is questionable. I will be reporting him to the barr assocation because they need to understand how careless, irresponsible and wreckless this man really is. His sense of urgency is beyond inexcusable. Please save yourself the time and the headache of putting any kind of trust into this man. PLEASE!!! Once again your calls emails will literally be ignored and you will never be contacted. It's disheartening that he even agrees to take cases or try to help people with this type of behavior.
Roy failed at his job. From the multiple affidavits the I gave him that were never submitted to him never answering phone calls or never calling back. I would suggest finding some one else.
