The available customer reviews present a mixed perspective on the services provided by the Law Offices of Rovner, Allen, Rovner, Zimmerman & Nash. One positive review highlights the experience of a client who sought assistance with a traffic issue in Philadelphia. This client specifically commended attorney Steven Rovner and his paralegal Marcia for their responsiveness and reassuring demeanor. They were described as professional and organized, ultimately achieving a dismissal of the case, which resulted in extreme satisfaction for the client. This positive experience underscores the firm's potential to provide effective representation and achieve favorable outcomes in certain legal matters.

On the other hand, a contrasting and significantly more critical review details a negative experience spanning several years. This client expressed dissatisfaction with the firm's communication, feeling that they were not taken seriously. The client reported a settlement that was considerably lower than expected and alleged discrepancies regarding the agreed-upon fees. Furthermore, this reviewer described a disrespectful experience involving a prolonged wait for a scheduled appointment. Based on this account, the client would not recommend the Law Offices of Rovner, Allen, Rovner, Zimmerman & Nash and felt slighted by their overall experience.

Considering these two divergent reviews, it is challenging to definitively outline the firm's consistent strengths and weaknesses. However, we can glean some potential insights:

  • Responsiveness and Reassurance: In the positive review, Steven Rovner and his paralegal Marcia are noted for being responsive and reassuring, suggesting that in some cases, the firm prioritizes communication and client comfort.
  • Professionalism and Organization: The positive review also highlights the professionalism and organization of the team in handling a specific case.
  • Potential for Positive Outcomes: The successful dismissal of the traffic case demonstrates the firm's capacity to achieve favorable results for their clients in certain legal situations.
  • Communication Issues: The negative review points to potential inconsistencies in communication, with the client describing it as "scattered."
  • Client Experience Concerns: The negative feedback raises concerns about client care, with the reviewer feeling not taken seriously and disrespected.
  • Fee Discrepancies: The negative review alleges issues with the agreed-upon fees and the final distribution of the settlement.
  • Appointment Management: The negative experience includes a significant delay for a scheduled appointment, suggesting potential issues with time management and client scheduling.

Given the conflicting nature of the reviews, it is difficult to definitively state the specific areas of law in which the Law Offices of Rovner, Allen, Rovner, Zimmerman & Nash primarily specialize. The positive review involved a traffic issue, suggesting experience in traffic law. The negative review, spanning 7-8 years and resulting in a settlement, hints at involvement in a potentially more complex and protracted legal matter, the specifics of which are not disclosed. To accurately determine their areas of expertise, prospective clients would need to inquire directly with the firm.

Due to the limited and contradictory nature of the available online reviews, it is not possible to objectively describe the typical environment of the Law Offices of Rovner, Allen, Rovner, Zimmerman & Nash beyond the expectation of a standard professional office setting. Similarly, no information regarding specific promotional offers is available.

For local users in Feasterville-Trevose seeking a "Nearby Lawyer," the Law Offices of Rovner, Allen, Rovner, Zimmerman & Nash is a local option. However, the significant disparity in the provided client experiences necessitates careful consideration and due diligence by potential clients. While one reviewer had a positive experience with Steven Rovner in a traffic matter, the other detailed a prolonged and ultimately unsatisfactory experience in a different, unspecified case. It is crucial for prospective clients to conduct their own research, potentially seek additional reviews or references, and ask detailed questions about communication practices, fee structures, and the firm's approach to cases similar to their own.

In conclusion, the Law Offices of Rovner, Allen, Rovner, Zimmerman & Nash offers legal services in Feasterville-Trevose, PA. While one client reported a positive outcome and commended the responsiveness and professionalism of Steven Rovner and his paralegal in a traffic case, another client expressed significant dissatisfaction with the firm's communication, client care, settlement outcome, and appointment management in a different legal matter. This mixed feedback underscores the importance for potential clients to approach with caution and conduct thorough research before engaging their services.

I had a traffic issue in the city of Philadelphia and came across Steven Rovner on Google. His paralegal Marcia and him were responsive and reassuring that they could win this for me, without actually promising that. They were professional and organized. Ultimately the case was dismissed and I am extremely satisfied with Steve, Marcia and the results!

I spent 7-8 years on a case that could’ve been resolved years ago. I spent a lot of time and stress over the past few years wandering when the case would be concluded. The communication from them has been scattered and I feel like I have not been taken seriously as a client. After the case was settled it was WAY under what it should have been and they ended up getting way more than what was agreed upon. I wouldn’t recommend Rovner Law. I feel slighted. To top off this nightmare run, they had me come in to sign paperwork and I waited 45 minutes while they had a meeting (mind you was set up for a certain time and I was punctual) and finally was called back after a “last minute meeting” and the process was quick..I feel disrespected and will never use them again.

Jeffrey A. Sigman is an absolute amazing attorney. He has helped myself along with many of my friends with all sorts of cases. When I came to him with my case it was a motor vehicle accident and I was only 17 I was a passenger in the car, I went through a windshield and had a lot of damage to my back. Jeff did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of. He was always very on top of everything that needed to get done for my case. He was so sympathetic to the fact that I was a 17 year old girl going through pain that I would have to deal with for the rest of my life. He kept me up to date on every step by step of my case and when it came to the final day of my case I was very confident that I was not going into a court room not knowing what was going on. I will always use Mr.Sigman for any future cases I may ever have and I will always recommend a lawyer who is very knowledgeable and upfront on whether or not he can do anything for the case I presented to him.

I’ve had a car accident in August 2014. Very clear case, a dream for a lawyer, no way to lose. In all these four, almost five years, my lawyer, Jeff, changed four paralegals. So, naturally, my case, all the documents changed hands four times. A lot of documents got lost and they had to try to get new documents to complete my file from the beginning. Over and over. In the mean time, after the surgery to my shoulder, I keep going to therapy. Jeff, my lawyer, keeps telling me to keep on going to therapy, good for the case. I do go at least once a week, even if I know that it does not help me, I need a new surgery. In 2018, after 4 years of waiting for Jeff to decide which paralegal stays and which one goes, we settle the case. Before settlement, I ask Jeff clearly if a certain amount is final and the check will be for that amount. His answer was a firm yes. When I go to pick up the settlement check, the amount is completely different, almost 20, 000 less. WHY? Because the therapy I kept on going to was not covered by the car insurance anymore, but my health insurance. And the health insurance company wants its money back. A very small detail my lawyer, Jeff, “forgot” to mention. Also, “forgot” to mention that the payment it will be on me. Mostly, he “forgot” to mention the amount of it. At this time, because of their incapability I lost almost $ 20, 000. I asked them to lower their 40% they will take for the case or, at least to split the $20,000 somehow to make it fair. They would not do any of those. So, at this time, I take 60% and the lawyer takes 40%. Guess what? Me, taking 60%, I actually take approximately $6,000 more than they take. Because they screwed up my case and mostly, they screwed me up. I will always remember the miserable experience I’ve had with this office. I am absolutely hurt and disgusted because of the way I was treated by those people. I do not recommend this place to anybody, unless, of course, you need somebody to take advantage of you. I want to give those people no star at all, zero star if I could. Even one star is too much for the luck of professionalisms they exercised with me. ZERO STAR FOR THIS PLACE.
