Robert Mullen was a brilliant Black Man who was way ahead of his time. He had two daughters, Bertha Brandy and Earlene Carrington. Bertha and Earlene were two of the very best people God put on this earth and were as close as two sisters ever were. They are resting side by side in the Greenwood Masoleum in San Diego. Robert Mullen left each daughter a 50% share of the Cammie Mullen Trust. The White Attorney Ronald Webb decided, over the objections of the family members, that 10 years after Bertha joined her sister in Heaven that she no longer deserved the 50% inheritance left to her by her father and reduced her inheritance to 45% and increased Earlene's to 55%. Donald Brandy did everything to save the Trust and paid Ronald Webb $40,000 from his own personal funds during the four year case. Bertha Brandy did nothing wrong. Donald Brandy did everything right. Ronald Webb penalized Bertha Brandy $240,000. How can Ronald Webb reduce Bertha's inheritance left to her by her Father.This was wrong. This was very wrong.
