In the beginning of the year I began researching attorneys to represent me in my request to obtain guardianship for my 36yrs old sister with a severe mental disability. As an attorney myself I was familiar with the process, and having been a caregiver for my sister for many years the logistics were not unknown to me, however I was caring for both my sister and my ill mother (who’s decline in health prompted the need to transfer guardianship to myself), along with my own career- having representation with extensive experience in this field and unburdened by the emotional entanglements I carried was essential. I received Jenny’s information from a personal friend who had collaborated with her professionally many times. I was very pleased with Jenny services, her prices were competitive, she provided clear and concise communication, and her payment portal was seamless. My only criticisms are that scheduling the first consultation took more leg work (I sent two follow up messages and called twice) than I likely would've been willing to perform if she not been personally recommended. The timeline on these types of issues can be unpredictable, I appreciated Jenny’s team keeping me in the loop and giving me realistic expectations on when it would be completed. I recommend her to anyone in need of representation in an adult guardianship matter.
