Please be duly warned, this firm has closed and is now performing legal services by the name of HC Law, APC. The closed law firm was found guilty of engaging in gross negligence. The cause for disciplinary action is publicly available so do your research. My personal experience with both Hollenbeck and Tania Cardoso is that they are not only unprofessional, but are willing to engage in unlawful conduct in the performance of their legal duties and responsibilities. I have identified at least one instance in which Cardoso was willing to perjury themselves in a court proceeding. Again, be fully warned.

I contacted this office per my leasing office to ask some questions regarding legal fees. The person I spoke with on the phone responded in a very rude manner, when asked for an explanation of added fees she said "things change" and refused to discuss further. I then asked to speak to a supervisor as she was unwilling to help me, and she responded "I AM THE SUPERVISOR, I AM GOD IN THIS OFFICE." She then continued yelling and threatening "I can't wait to see you in court" and "get off my d*ck" - I was only trying to have a professional conversation to ask a simple question and instead got attacked. Pretty sure these people should not be in business. Aside from this personal situation, I would NEVER recommend working with them. Would also question their law credentials based on the interaction above.

Don’t practice law if you have no idea how to treat people. Tanya is the rudest person ever.
