Law Offices Of Gregory Glukhovsky Introduce
Welcome to Nearby Lawyers, your platform for connecting with legal professionals in your community. If you are searching for a lawyer in Woodland Hills, California, the Law Offices Of Gregory Glukhovsky, located at 20700 Ventura Blvd UNIT 226, is one option that may appear in your search. However, it is crucial to consider all available information, including client reviews, to make an informed decision about your legal representation. The following introduction provides an objective overview of the Law Offices Of Gregory Glukhovsky based on a concerning review from a potential client.
The provided review does not offer any insight into the physical environment of the Law Offices Of Gregory Glukhovsky. However, the description of the initial phone interaction raises questions about the firm's operational efficiency and professionalism in client intake. The potential client's analogy of calling "some Statue of Liberty guy" and having to navigate "bunch of buttons" suggests a potentially confusing or outdated phone system. Similarly, comparing the experience to calling "some Circus Vargas" and a "PBX Operator from the 70’s" paints a picture of an unprofessional or disorganized initial point of contact.
Based on the negative experience described by the potential client, it is challenging to definitively outline the services offered by the Law Offices Of Gregory Glukhovsky. The individual was attempting to inquire about representation for a new Personal Injury (P.I.) case. The fact that they were unable to speak directly with an attorney and experienced a lack of follow-up suggests potential issues with the firm's intake process for new clients, at least in this particular instance. It remains unclear from this single review the full scope of legal services the firm typically provides. However, the attempted case was a Personal Injury matter, indicating that this is at least one area the firm may handle.
The features of the Law Offices Of Gregory Glukhovsky, as perceived through the lens of this negative review, highlight several potential areas of concern for prospective clients:
- Poor Initial Phone Handling: The experience of navigating multiple buttons and reaching an individual who was not an attorney and did not provide a resolution raises concerns about the firm's front-line communication.
- Lack of Direct Attorney Contact: The potential client was unable to speak with an attorney during their initial calls.
- Failure to Follow Up: Despite being told that an attorney would reach out by the end of the day (a Tuesday), the potential client had not received a call by the following Monday, indicating a lack of reliability in their communication.
- Inefficient Intake Process: The delay and ultimate rejection of the case (due to the attorney being "too busy") after a significant waiting period suggests an inefficient process for evaluating and accepting new cases.
- Lack of Professional Courtesy: The potential client felt it would have been more professional to receive a follow-up call the next day or to be referred to another attorney, highlighting a perceived lack of professionalism in their client interactions.
- Wasted Time: The overall experience left the potential client feeling that their time had been wasted due to the lack of communication and eventual rejection of their case after a delay.
There is no promotional information available for the Law Offices Of Gregory Glukhovsky in the provided text. The single review details a negative experience that would likely deter potential clients rather than attract them.
For local users in Woodland Hills seeking legal representation, the experience described in this review serves as a cautionary tale. While it is important to consider that this is just one person's experience, the issues raised regarding phone handling, communication, and follow-up are critical aspects of a client's interaction with a law firm. When choosing a lawyer, clear and professional communication from the outset is often a key indicator of the firm's overall client service and organizational efficiency.
Potential clients considering the Law Offices Of Gregory Glukhovsky may want to weigh this negative feedback carefully and consider it alongside any other information they might find. It would be prudent to inquire specifically about the firm's intake process for new cases and their communication protocols to ensure they align with expectations.
Local users who value prompt, professional, and clear communication from their legal representatives may want to exercise caution and potentially seek out firms with more consistently positive feedback regarding their client interactions. The experience described suggests that the initial contact with the Law Offices Of Gregory Glukhovsky may not meet these expectations.
While every business can have isolated negative experiences, the issues raised in this review regarding the initial phone contact and lack of follow-up are fundamental aspects of client service in the legal profession. Potential clients should consider these factors when making their decision and may want to explore other options available on the Nearby Lawyers platform to find a firm that better aligns with their needs for communication and professionalism.
It is recommended that local users conduct thorough research and consider multiple reviews and interactions before deciding on legal representation. The experience of this potential client with the Law Offices Of Gregory Glukhovsky highlights the importance of a positive and efficient initial contact and reliable communication throughout the process of seeking legal assistance.

Horrible law firm with some Statue of Liberty guy answering phone, I’ve called regarding a new case and wanted to know if they’re interested in my case. I had to push bunch of buttons before getting some weird person answering the phone line. He asked me a bunch of questions without any resolution, informed me that attorney was gonna reach out to me before the end of the day. Since it was a Tuesday, I’ve waited and waited till Monday, and had no success. I’ve reached out again, and same guy told me that attorney was too busy to accept my P.I. Case. This place is like calling some Circus Vargas. It would’ve been more professional for the same person to call me the very next day, at least refer me to another attorney. Just wasted my time. It’s like calling some PBX Operator from the 70’s.
