  • I highly recommend David Sloane. He is truly amazing. Very Professional and has a lot of integrity! You won’t be disappointed because David Sloane is results oriented! I was surprised to find how truly sympathetic and understanding he seemed of my circumstances! He was more than willing to work with me when I needed more time to gather my funds. Gave me plenty of chances to meet my deadlines and sometimes even extending it. So Awesome!!! If you’re looking for a lawyer to represent you, hiring David Sloane is worth every dollar! Thank you so much David Sloane, because of your dedication and hard work, I get another chance to get my life in order.
  • This law firm is exceptional! Their communication is great! Any time I need information, I can call the office and they are very helpful and courteous. Ian Perez-Routledge has served as our lawyer and he has been really great working with the courts in our case. He is personable, easy to talk to and cares about his clients. I highly recommend this law firm and will definitely use again if need be.
  • The David Sloane Law firm represented my son & they did a wonderful job with the best outcome possible! I would confidently recommend them. Alexis was the one who represented my son in court, she was very professional, up front and friendly. Thank you so much for your help
  • Very helpful, they do get busy but that’s what happens when you’re successful and have multiple clients. They have taken the time to speak with me over the phone and give me peace of mind over my case. There “mycase” portal is definitely helpful for communicating and loading necessary documents and material. They are worth the money. Would hire them again, but hopefully won’t need to. Thanks again for your services guys & gals.
  • Best choice I could’ve made. My counsel Lexi Archer is a professional through and through, went above and beyond. So a little info for those of y’all wondering how things go and went. Like me, you are probably scouring the internet scared and spiraling about how things will go. I can obviously only speak from my experience, but I feel blessed and will share. Got my first DWI on 3-21-24. It was in Denton County. I gave blood and you won’t get the BAC results for probably 9 months or so. I will also quickly throw out I am writing this on 4-7-25. We just wrapped this thing up today. So the process is quite long. But the team and Lexi Archer were there every step of the way. I had many questions and some rather unflattering opinions about the judicial system, and they were very kind and helpful. Going back to what to expect and what happened. I received a letter from the State about when June started. It was a letter revoking and requesting my driver’s license for 3 months. That ended in September. In Denton County, expect to have a minimum of 4 court dates. 1st was in Dec ‘24. Keep in mind these are what’s called Announcements. The system is beyond ridiculous and the courts should absolutely be ashamed of themselves for these but guess what? You hired the best and Lexi Archer appeared on my behalf through all of these. The 2nd was Jan of ‘25. 3rd was late Feb or early March. Today was the Plea and we accepted a very good deal I will share later. Can you imagine having to lose 3-4 days or more of work or such for this mess? Well you don’t have to. I only attended today. Here’s what my initial plea offer from the State was, from Sept. 15 months probation ($60 a month), $500 fine (with court costs about $400 extra) and 50 hrs community service. This offer never changed by the way, until today. When Lexi Archer spoke to a different prosecutor than my own who was unavailable, and she got me a much better deal. I want to add that DWI’s are judged or the pleas are different for how bad your BAC was and how you acted with the officers and such. Turns out mine was .104. So I qualified for a Class B Misdemeanor. If you have over .15 it’s likely going to be Class A. But get your legal advice from the team and not me. Specifically ask for Lexi Archer, she’s specializes in DWI. So she came back with 12 months probation, $200 fine (w court costs it was $607), and 40 hrs Community Service. But here’s where it really gets good and you’ll be glad you got Lexi Archer and stayed to the end. See they were not offering Deferred Adjudication which would keep the charge secret. Because as I discovered, DA means you have to get the breathalyzer bs on your vehicle and keep it on the entire length of probation. See because I didn’t do DA, I am not required to do that. Because a breathalyzer is approximately $80 a month. I already said Denton Probation is $60 a month. It adds up very quickly if you do the math. And spoiler alert 🚨 that’s why Denton County has some the of most DWI’s in the state. To me, it’s a complete racket and nothing more than a legal shakedown. The process is unnecessarily long and it was designed that way. They want you to do one thing and be stuck in the system. But this whole team and especially my personal rep Lexi Archer was golden from the start to finish. Ask for her specifically, especially if you live in Denton. 👏
