Barbara has recently helped me with my Advanced Parole, she was very well prepared when we went for the bypass interview and I’m so grateful for it. THIS was not a Violation of TOS, clear interaction with Brabara and her breach of my privacy. she can choose to send the apologies letter and agree to change business practices that let to her demanding a phone call or we can just post the truth on what happened. This low budget attorney does not do her research. She has incorrect information and gets innocent people involved and makes them, victims of her malpractice. Her letters are sloppy with incorrect grammar. I receive a letter on 1/30/2024 directing me to call her office as I did. They at first refused to speak with me and refused to provide me with evidence supporting their claim. I am reporting Barbara for writing a false allegation to the BAR. When I called and told them that they have the wrong person and wrong vehicle they stated they had video evidence and needed my insurance information. This ideocracy of pulling private information on non-involved parties and then demanding their insurance needs to stop. I filled a fraud report with Orange County Sheriff's Department, California BAR, DMV and I am looking into filling a criminal complaint with Glendale PD for release of private information. My suggestion is send, an apology to me ASAP. Very Sloppy work getting me taggled up in in your client's mess. Barbra you know who I am by now. I am going to find out who released my information to you and they will also be responsible. my investigation at the state bar reveled several dispensary actions against Barbara "willfully violating rules of professional conduct" CASE NO 02-O-11921 Count 1 rule 3-700(A)(2).. Count2 Failure to refund fees Rule 3-700(D)(2) Count 3 Business and professional code section 6106. Count 4 Rules of professional conduct, Rule 2-200, Count 5 rule 3-110(A) failure to perform with Competence This is as bad as it gets, now that we are in 2024, she's up to her same old trick's / Formally withdraw your letter Barbara Maria Rodriguez #147030
