Susan has represented me twice. The first time was for my divorce. While I got an outcome that was not in my favor, it was no fault of Susan’s. My ex took full advantage of my emotionally distraught state of mind. Hired Susan in April 2021. In May of 2022, she told me she had a family member that needed her care and was lightening her case load my dropping me as a client. When I asked here for my case file, she told me to use our email correspondence. Six months later, I called her and asked if she could take my case back on. She told me no, and referred an attorney that charged me twenty-two thousand dollars over nine months before I let her go for incompetence. I have represented myself since august of 2023 and am finally going to trial. Susan may be an okay attorney, but she’s not a good person.
Susan made my divorce as painless as possible. She is a real human being that won't take advantage of you. (unlike some of these other lawyers that do unnecessary things to run up your bill.) She was very accessible every step of the way and did a wonderful job explaining the process. Accepting credit card payments and having a lower initial consult fee than others I called was a nice plus.
