Law Office Of Phil Virga Introduce
Welcome to the profile of the Law Office Of Phil Virga, a legal practice located in Redondo Beach, California, specializing in patent law and accessible to local users through the "Nearby Lawyers" platform. Situated at 1525 Aviation Blvd Suite 105, Redondo Beach, CA 90278, the Law Office Of Phil Virga offers services primarily focused on assisting inventors and businesses in securing patent protection for their innovations.
According to available information, Phil Virga is an attorney with experience in handling patents across various technological domains, particularly software, computer, and storage technology. One client review highlights Mr. Virga's extensive knowledge in these specific areas, suggesting that his technical understanding can be a significant advantage in drafting patent applications and navigating the patent prosecution process, including responding to office actions from the patent office. This client also notes Mr. Virga's understanding of the financial constraints often faced by startups, indicating a willingness to work within budgetary limitations and invest time to create comprehensive patent applications while being mindful of costs.
However, it is important to present a balanced view based on all available information. Another review offers a contrasting perspective, raising concerns about the professionalism and timeliness of services provided by Mr. Virga. This review alleges delays in communication, specifically mentioning a significant time lapse in receiving an email. The client also expresses reservations about the use of PayPal for payments, suggesting a preference for more traditional methods like cashier's checks due to perceived credibility issues. Furthermore, this review describes Mr. Virga's appearance as unprofessional based on their expectations of a lawyer's attire.
The critical review emphasizes the importance of timely action in patent law, particularly the "first to file" rule, and questions whether an attorney who allegedly takes a significant amount of time for basic communication can be trusted to file patents promptly and diligently. The reviewer recounts an attempt to cancel services, claiming difficulty in contacting Mr. Virga. These allegations paint a picture of potential issues with communication, professionalism, and the efficiency of service delivery.
Given these contrasting reviews, local users considering the Law Office Of Phil Virga for their patent needs should weigh both the positive feedback regarding technical expertise and flexibility with startup budgets against the serious concerns raised about communication, timeliness, payment methods, and professional appearance. It is crucial for potential clients to conduct their own due diligence and potentially seek further information or clarification on these points.
The Law Office Of Phil Virga's location in Redondo Beach offers accessibility for clients in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. For individuals and startups in this region involved in software, computer, or storage technology innovation, the firm's stated expertise in these fields, as mentioned in one review, could be a valuable asset. The willingness to consider the financial limitations of startups might also be an attractive feature for those operating on a tight budget.
However, the concerns raised in the negative review regarding communication delays and perceived unprofessionalism are significant and should not be overlooked. Timeliness is often critical in legal matters, especially in patent law where the "first to file" rule can have substantial implications. Potential clients should assess their comfort level with the described communication style and payment preferences.
As a platform for "Nearby Lawyers," it is our objective to present the available information objectively. In the case of the Law Office Of Phil Virga, the reviews present a dichotomy of experiences. One client praises the technical expertise and financial understanding, while another expresses serious concerns about professionalism and service delivery. Therefore, we encourage local users to consider these points carefully and perhaps seek direct communication with the Law Office Of Phil Virga to address any questions or concerns they may have before making a decision.

Phil has done outstanding work on my patents for many years. His experience and knowledge on software patents, computer and storage technology makes a huge difference in drafting patents, working through office actions and finally getting the patent issued. Best of all he understand the financial limitations of startups. He was flexible and invested his time to create a great patent application while mindful of costs. The Patent King has done a great job on my patents and I'm sure he will do the same for you.
If you are in a hurry and don't have time to read The Patent "King" 1. Doesn't take his job seriously and doesn't do what he says he will do in timely manner. 2. He uses PayPal which isn't credible. 3. As a lawyer he looks unprofessional. In the very beginning The Patent "King" was very courteous and polite but which professional isn't. But I should've known that through his of conspicuous lack of professional appearance that he was not someone I wanted to deal with. I say unprofessional appearance because when you hear the term lawyer you imagine suit, tie, slacks, and nice dress shoes. The Patent "King" walks in with a Hawaiian button up, shorts, and sandals that may appear to be crocs. That should've of been a red flag. I've never met a law professional who comes into work wearing what appears to be crocs. Unprofessionalism at its finest but maybe my thought process is erring. Now on top of all of this The Patent "King" took over two weeks to send me one email. I find it very uncanny that it takes an individual who attempts to assimilate himself as an incumbent in our society 2 WEEKS!!! to send one email. So when I call him out on his discrepancy he then right on cue gives me a sob story on why it takes a WEEK to send one email. But after bringing his err to his attention he then still doesn't rectify the situation by emailing me. No he makes me wait another week. I believe you as a person are paying someone to do there job concisely and in a timely manner. The statute says this about patents. The first one to file wins the patent. So you're a business owner or a guy with a brilliant idea. Can you truly trust a man who takes 2 weeks to send an email, to properly and concisely file your patent in a reasonable time frame and do it with a considerable effort with your best interest in mind. I don't believe so. *Simply put if your idea is brilliant and someone files the patent before he does due to his ostensible lack of conviction to do his job in a timely manner will cost you THOUSANDS and in some cases MILLIONS. On a rare occasion BILLIONS. Watch the Social Network which refers to Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook. So find someone who will patent your idea IMMEDIATELY.* I am prior military and I know the importance of doing something correctly in a timely manner. Taking two weeks to send one email is a potential sign of The Patent "Kings'" ostensible disregard to promptly patent your brilliant ideas and the law he swore to uphold. Then when you try to reach him to cancel his services he turns his phone off. Tier one unprofessionalism at its finest. That amongst the fact that he tries to do his payments through PayPal which is a common form fraud amongst scammers. Now I am not saying he is or is not a scammer but in dealings with anyone I would admonish the use of PayPal and use Cashiers Checks as your primary means of payment. So to conclude, The Patent "King" 1. Doesn't take his job seriously and doesn't do what he says he will do in timely manner. 3. He uses PayPal which isn't credible. 4. As a lawyer he looks unprofessional.
So far so good. Asher is clearly living in the Matrix, it doesn't matter how a patent attorney dresses or accepts payment. His career is based on new ideas and Asher's ideas likely lacked originality.
