• He was belligerent and refused to listen about having proven that ti already sought police reports and order of protection against a person who has arrested as confirmed by direct eyewitness testimony for physically stalking me to my apartment and treating to assault me if I came outside. He would t listen or review documents proving I was telling the truth and disbelieved me because I am black and was very argumentative denying that I told the truth despite written documentation confirming my account as the truth that I did seek an order of protection and gone to police which for no reason he claimed I hadn't or framed me as the one who was aggressive because he projected that I was an angry black woman because I told him that I had already done the things he said I should do and had direct proof. As soon as he heard something he didn't want to hear he yelled at me and then told me I was argumentative when I just answered his question and he felt like he couldn't just say out loud that he had been wrong and refocus on responding to my answer given the information and proof I present and have in writing from having already filed for an order of protection against the same person who that same day drove to my address and was arrested. He refused to heed warnings that this person did reputational damage so severe that people directly physically confronted me and told me they wanted to hurt me over this person by name having directed them -- he wouldn't listen and denied that and denied that I had already taken every means to protect my safety and documented as much plus carry mace to protect myself against physical violent threats that this person invited that is the same person who got arrested and has used reputation damage to hide that in January he physically threatened me to the point people called the police and direct eyewitnesses know of this person having been arrested and having threatened my physical safety that day without police taking it seriously as part of the same pattern Lustig demonstrates of ignoring danger or ignoring the attempts and right to pursue legal recourse if they don't value the safety or well being of the person pursuing valid legal legitimate means to protect themselves against violence everyone knows is happening and finds funny because they believe the police and others don't know they're violent, or think that they are just talking shit or focusing on social media when the reality is that they are using those stories to manipulate outsiders who aren't directly witnessing by telling lies and not telling the part that's documented in writing from police and from eye witnesses that tell the truth. I was threatened and endangered and that was by reputational damage I can prove always referenced by a judge who had the means to enforce protection denying me recourse based on reputational damage by the same person that got arrested and the same person who was named by people who said directly that he was their leader. The person they named as their leader lives hours away and used reputational damage from contacting people in physical proximity to invite them to physically hurt me at his behest while lying to everyone else who didn't directly physically see what people did and only knew about what his and his accomplices told them or I posted on a social media page he stalked to have people threaten me if I ever posted the truth and force me to delete posts or not post about how I was physically targeted as part of physical stalking and intimidation reported to police during several months. Lustig refused to listen or believe me and framed himself as a victim because I told him I documented this and that he was simply wrong in claiming otherwise for no reason. He is part of a pattern of refusing recourse and demonstrates racial stereotyping as a bias he has and operates from. I advise people to emphasize that he isn't credible or effective and I can only be thankful I didn't have further engagement with him or even attempt to pay him.
