While specific details about the interior decor or architectural style of the Law Office of EJ Fornias, PA are not explicitly available through general internet information, it is typical for legal offices to maintain a professional and confidential atmosphere. This often includes well-organized reception areas, private consultation rooms, and efficient administrative spaces. The address in Wilmington, DE, suggests a location within a community, implying an office that is likely designed for client comfort and ease of access. A professional office environment is crucial for fostering trust and ensuring that clients feel comfortable discussing sensitive legal matters.
The range of services offered by the Law Office of EJ Fornias, PA, while not exhaustively detailed in the provided information, can be inferred from common legal practice areas and client testimonials. The reviews suggest involvement in "settlements" and assistance after the passing of a family member, which points towards expertise in areas such as real estate law, business transactions, and potentially estate planning or probate law. Many general practice lawyers also handle civil litigation, contract disputes, and provide legal counsel for various personal and business matters. Within the "Nearby Lawyers" category, a firm like EJ Fornias, PA, would typically cater to a broad spectrum of legal needs relevant to the local community, including but not limited to, property sales and purchases, business formations, will and trust preparation, and general legal advice. The firm’s capacity to handle “numerous settlements” suggests a proficiency in negotiating and finalizing legal agreements, a key aspect of many legal services.
The features that distinguish the Law Office of EJ Fornias, PA, are best understood by examining the feedback from clients. One client describes EJ Fornias as a "class act" and a "consummate professional," highlighting attributes such as trustworthiness, dedication, and expertise. This individual's experience of "extraordinarily smooth" settlements suggests efficiency and competence in handling complex legal processes. The client's strong preference to "do business with nobody else" speaks to a high level of satisfaction and confidence in the firm's capabilities. These positive features—professionalism, trustworthiness, and effectiveness in achieving smooth outcomes—are highly valued in the legal profession and are certainly strong selling points for any law office within the "Nearby Lawyers" category. Such testimonials can be a powerful promotional tool, indicating a firm that consistently delivers positive results for its clients.
However, it is crucial to present a balanced perspective, especially when relying on public reviews, as these often reflect varied individual experiences. Another review offers a contrasting and significantly negative portrayal of the firm's features and client interaction. This client's experience details significant delays, lack of communication, and an alleged insensitivity regarding financial assumptions. The client mentions paper work sitting for "over 6 months" and repeated unreturned calls, indicating potential issues with case management and client communication. The direct quote, "Its a lot of work and i would have to charge you a bunch of money and im assuming you don't have any money," as attributed to EJ Fornias, reveals a feature that, if accurate, would be highly detrimental to client relations: a perceived lack of empathy and a transactional approach that overlooks client needs. This review characterizes EJ Fornias as "nasty," "rude," and lacking "patience," directly contradicting the positive attributes described by the other client. This discrepancy highlights the subjective nature of client experiences and underscores the importance for potential clients to consider multiple viewpoints. Such feedback, while negative, also serves as a feature in the public perception of the firm, prompting prospective clients to conduct thorough due diligence.
Given the diverse feedback, promotional information for the Law Office of EJ Fornias, PA would need to carefully navigate these differing perspectives while emphasizing the firm's strengths. For instance, any promotional material could highlight the firm’s experience in handling complex settlements, emphasizing the smooth processes mentioned in the positive review. It could also stress a commitment to professionalism and client trust, perhaps through testimonials from satisfied clients (with their permission). For prospective clients searching for "Nearby Lawyers," the convenience of the Wilmington location (615 W 18th St, Wilmington, DE 19802, USA) and the ease of contact via phone (302-656-2829) or mobile (+1 302-656-2829) could be key promotional points. The firm could also promote its specific areas of expertise, such as business law, real estate transactions, or estate planning, depending on its primary practice areas. Furthermore, to address concerns raised in negative feedback, a commitment to transparent communication, timely updates, and a client-centric approach could be emphasized as core values. Offering initial consultations could also be a promotional strategy, allowing potential clients to experience the firm's environment and approach firsthand before committing to services. Ultimately, successful promotion would hinge on showcasing the firm's proven capabilities while also demonstrating a responsiveness to client concerns and a dedication to service excellence.

EJ is a class act and a consummate professional whom I trust implicitly with my business affairs. I have conducted numerous settlements at his office, and without fail, they have all proceeded extraordinarily smoothly. EJ consistently goes above and beyond in his practice, demonstrating a level of dedication and expertise that sets him apart. Without hesitation, I can say there is nobody else I would prefer to do business with.
When you see google reviews, please actually take them to heart. My mother turned to Ej when we needed help after my step-father passed away. Long story short, EJ was under the assumption that my mother had no money and sat with our paper work for over 6 months. His assistant or whoever she is Diana also did the same thing. We would call constantly and leave messages with no return call. Finally this week when we called he literally said word for word " Its a lot of work and i would have to charge you a bunch of money and im assuming you don't have any money" . Thank god I have this on transcript. Im not sure what kind of lawyer practices this way but i never trusted him from day 1 and i should have gone with my gut. He is nasty, he is rude and he has no patience. AGAIN please take this as a warning and DO NOT waste your time. Thanks for leaving the mess i now have to clean up
E.J. handled our real estate closing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. During closing he provided me with some sage advice abou my investment. Afterwards, he helped me with an unforeseen issue that popped up regarding a landlord tenant dispute. He was very generous with his time and expertise - which is a rare quality. If I have an issue I will be seeking his counsel first.
EJ will collaborate with the opposing side if opportunity to make money is greater. Crooked snake, do not trust this guy.
Hi All! I would give zero stars if I could. The office staff is very unorganized and not at all professional. The Lawyer EJ and office staff Amber are also not personable in their communication. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else that can respect you and your time. You deserve to be respected. God Bless. :)
