There are not enough words to express how great it was to work with Diane and Jay through such a difficult, troubling, and upsetting time. Diane knows her stuff and she knows it well. Her focus is on doing things *right* and getting the best result for her clients. I was a hot wreck through the bankruptcy process, but Diane never let me feel less for any of it. She was encouraging, and kind, and informative - often repeating the same answers to me because I could barely process things and needed to be told on repeat. She never made me feel bad or like I was an inconvenience to her. Every question I had, she answered. Every concern I had, she was able to walk me through. Bankruptcy is not fun. Add in foreclosure. Add in three kids. Add in moving from 3k sq ft to a relatives 2 guest rooms.
