Based on my experience, I would not recommend the legal services of Mr Cuello. To say Mr Cuello has committed professional malpractice against my disabled incompetent grandmother would be an understatement. Mr Cuello did not even show up to my grandmothers homestead hearing and her homestead was lost because of his professional negligence as an attorney. What kind of guardianship attorney doesn’t show up to a homestead hearing for his Ward? Suffice it to say I would not recommend his legal services.

Attorney Cuello he is the best, from the initial telephone conversation to meeting him for consultation. I knew immediately he was the person we needed to represent us. His integrity from our first meeting was very impressive. He has fought for us and we won a very difficult case because of the many hours he put in to do his very best for us. I recommend him often and will continue, to people in need of legal assistance.

Among other things. , this attorney Billed a 91 year old paralyzed after a stroke $525 per hour for his services for liquidating assets that were never liquidated. And then leaves the case along with his guardian presenting a bill for almost $15000. The interesting thing is other court files of his have him billing people anywhere from $350 an hour and up to 575 an hour in the same guardianship court. Here almost nothing the court ordered was done
