Working with Fabrikant & Associates, PLLC was a fantastic experience! They handled our eviction process with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Their communication was always clear and timely, and we never felt out of the loop. Every single team member was informed about our case, making it incredibly easy to get quick answers, no matter who we spoke to. They were always available by phone, which made a huge difference. We are beyond pleased with their services and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I overpaid 200.00 for a 3 day eviction notice and called many times while tenant didnt pay a dollar . I normally dont give negative reviews as I am a power reviewer because I dont like to affect peoples livelihood. So I will just state my experience and you judge . I paid for a 3 days notice became 8 day notice and it took many days to obtain. No one charges for that but I thought if i use them for these simple tasks it would be better for them to run the show. They take so long the only person to communicate with is the secretary then your in heavy traffic. Typing this review is like a therapy. If they were honest they would return the 200.00 if not they can keep on ripping off clients. Ill pay more and get service than pay and be frustrsted. I should have looked at their reviews prior to hiring . The Man Fabrikant seems to be trying to help but you can never reach anyone than when you do they lash out. Its ok to lash out but its ok to return my funds because you dont do the job and dont want to do the job

I really recommend Fabrikant and Associates. I see they have a lot of negative reviews about the price and being pursuant of certain cases especially with evictions. I actually originally hired them to help me defend against unnecessary tenant fees after leaving places to avoid being evicted. Their prices may be high but comparative to other firms they seem very reasonable. Habeas Corpus can be very difficult to understand and although is definitive has many subtleties and can be very ambiguous. But they've never refused to help me with a case. Originally when I hired them they mentioned that they were things on a contract that I signed to lease that I didn't read perhaps as correctly. As terms are binding. When I mentioned that people I rented from actually told me they would change the terms for me I said I was disappointed that they said that to me because I did not realize that something that was legally binding could not be changed. Kevin actually informed me well actually if someone made a new agreement with you and you agreed with them then that changes the current existing agreement. But he asked me if I had evidence of such a thing and I said no it was a voice conversation and I did not have a recording although I did have several emails and this happened to me in several different places as a tenant but in each time the things they sent an email were vague and seemed to contain a lot of ambiguity and the Very definitive things they said to me vocally were not recorded. Regardless they helped me each time out of the matter and settled it. They are very good with litigation and and none of my matters have I ever actually had to go to court. They have helped me with everything from being hacked on social media to cases where as a tenant I felt violated on my rights. They've helped me they've helped me with property law for a property I own and title law. They even helped me one time where I had somebody that I needed to evict someone that I asked to come by and stay for a little while and old friend that never paid me rent he agreed to leave and then change his mind said that he could stay as long as he wanted turns out he had previous convictions for felonies for creating meth labs and possibly it seems from evidence after he left was trying to create one in the room that he was staying in I was in all sorts of trouble with the landlord even though they were aware that I only told the person to come for a short time but because I did not have documentation that the person never signed an agreement to be under the lease as another tenant or subletting or however that works for the roommate at the same time I never had documentation that he didn't make an agreement with me and the court seem to favor him the cop showed up after he trashed the place peeing on the floors stealing things destroying things and threatening me and did not file the police report which made it very difficult to try and get a restraining order and at the same time the landlord was very mad at me but never did I discuss with the landlord that the person said they were staying permanently I told them that they would stay temporarily or go through the same application process I went and be signed to the lease and fabricant worked everything out even after I left the property after this person destroyed everything I got back most of my deposit and had a restoration of a trusting friendship and relationship with the landlord as it was just a big misunderstanding I was totally innocent of the whole thing they even helped me pursue charges against this person although they never showed up for court and when the police showed up to hand them serve noticed they lied and said they were someone else eventually it was all thrown out of court but fabrikant helped me with everything. I even call them sometimes for help with a opposing Council I own and manage my own property now they are very good at they are very good at deescalating situations and litigating and I've never had to go before a judge with them. I would recommend them to anybody.

I agree with all the negative reviews. I had a friend come to me back in 2020 because her attorneys Susana and Kevin dismissed her case without her consent. I had to help her vacate the order of dismissal and in one month was able to assist her in evicting her tenant. This law firm is notorious for asking for more money and doing NO WORK. I definitely do NOT recommend them at all. I suggest for anyone else that goes through this to start filing bar complaints against these people.

We hired Law Firm of Fabrikant and Associates for a simple eviction case. However, the process we went through was an absolute nightmare. They were disorganized, untimely, and extremely condescending. We provided a plethora of evidence of our tenant being negligent, disorderly, and disobeying the complex's rules. What was supposed to be an easy case, was dragged on for months and cost us $8,000 and countless nerves. They requested $11,000 just to do an inspection!! We went through hell and back and were scammed beyond belief. This law firm takes advantage of people unfamiliar with the law and rips them off for their own benefit. We would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away from this law firm! Rest assured, we will be contacting the bar association to spread awareness of this legal malpractice.
