  • They allowed the opposing council to misrpresent the law and got by with it because neither Tom or Marc spoke up in trial and explained the law to the Judge that a power of attorney is not responsible to pay their parents bills. They even allowed the opposing side attorney to ask for aid and attendance money as an inheritance and never said a word. They allowed a Plantiff to lie on the stand and say she was at my father's house when I was totally ignoring me when I told Tom to object that was a lie. Read her deposition she even admits she had not seen me since my mother's funeral. Instead what does Tom do. He takes her lie all the way to his closing statement! They didn't have the balls to turn a lawyer in for the misrpresentation of facts! There is one lawyer that knows it is misrpresentation of facts! These two did nothing! Just sat there and shook their heads and shrugged their shoulders. Worried about making sure the Plantiffs had water! Lied the whole time saying they would do the appeal. They knew I wanted to bring Andrea on but lied again. They did not want her to catch what was going on! Matter of fact don't you think it would be a good idea to send this to the US Attorney Genral to look over this case? The way you two performed in court and had Mr. Isom open an Estate for Steve under my father's name just doesn't make sense. I feel the government should know that apparently the need base program for Aid and Attendance my father received was suppose to be an inheritance. Don't you think they should explain why I would have to sign a contract for them to pay me for care if it was meant for an inheritance. Before the last trial day. You said you went to the court house to print receipts for the opposing attorney. Why would you do that? The receipts were already in evidence. Marc made it clear to him at trial that he received all the receipts at the deposition. But Tom had to go print the same receipts. That makes no sense. Furthermore no one is responsible to pay someone else's bills!!! Just like the Plaintiff on the stand saying she was down there when I was there cleaning. Did you not realize in her own deposition she said she had not seen me in 25 yrs. But you would never object to the lie. It was carried all the way through to the ending statement. Just like you would not bring up the Plaintiffs criminal history of fraud and theft and you had a copy of it or all the voicemail the other Plaintiff left. Then the Plaintiff that you did not even check how far back her memory condition went to make sure she was even capable of signing her name. You refuse to put the other Plaintiff on the stand. The same Plaintiff that would say to the Pike Township court she has no money or assests. After she received this kind of money. I want my documents back. You can not keep them they belong to me. Maybe you should read the Indiana law. You just shrugged your shoulders and shook your head no, when you knew you had the caregiving notes! The fence receipts and the VA caregiving contracts. How does someone come to live with you on 22k dollars and twenty nine months later have 310k dollars and is on an need base program. You failed to do anything about the false discovery the gave you. Oh I am glad I have a copy of it all ! Just like you never objected on the wrong roof entity. You just set there in your seat and never objected! Something that was never put into discovery. You had a copy of the bill. The real estate papers showed a roof put on the roof.
  • Quality, integrity, professionalism. Can't go wrong!
