The provided reviews offer a mixed perspective on Landerholm, P.S. One review is highly positive, specifically mentioning Nick Cody as "extremely knowledgeable and excellent with guidance," "caring, compassionate and insightful," and recommending him as a "great attorney." This suggests that at least some of the attorneys at the firm provide excellent service and build positive relationships with their clients.
However, the second review presents a negative experience. The reviewer states that after reading other reviews, they decided not to hire any attorneys from the firm. Additionally, they mention calling and leaving a message for an attorney who never returned their call. This lack of responsiveness is a significant concern for potential clients, as communication is a crucial aspect of the attorney-client relationship. The reviewer's decision to forgo pursuing their case further due to financial losses from a contractor, compounded by the negative perception of the law firm, highlights the importance of trust and effective communication in legal representation.
Given these contrasting reviews, potential clients should consider both perspectives. The positive review indicates that positive experiences are possible with attorneys at Landerholm, P.S., particularly with individuals like Nick Cody. However, the negative review raises concerns about responsiveness and overall client service, which could be indicative of systemic issues or individual attorney practices within the firm.

Choosing a lawyer or law firm is a significant decision that requires careful consideration of various factors, including the firm's areas of expertise, the experience and reputation of its attorneys, and the overall client experience. The mixed feedback for Landerholm, P.S. suggests that while positive experiences are possible, potential clients should also be aware of reports of poor responsiveness. It is advisable to contact the firm directly to discuss your specific legal needs and to get a sense of their communication style and approach to client service. Additionally, seeking information from other sources, such as the Washington State Bar Association, and potentially consulting with other law firms in the Vancouver area, can provide a more comprehensive understanding to aid in the decision-making process.
In conclusion, Landerholm, P.S. is a law firm located in Vancouver, WA, listed on the "Nearby Lawyers" platform. While one client review praises the knowledge and service of attorney Nick Cody, another expresses concerns based on other reviews and a lack of response to a phone inquiry. Nick Cody helped me and was extremely knowledgeable and excellent with guidance. If you are looking for a great attorney you will be glad you called Nick. He was caring, compassionate and insightful. overall excellent experience.
Reading all reviews here I decided not to hire any attorneys from this 'law firm'. Besides, I called and left a message for one of their attorneys who never returned my call. I am letting go of my case because I don't want to lose more money than I have already lost by paying to a fraudulent builder/contractor.
I had a great experience with these guys, who represented me in a ridiculous lawsuit brought against me by my greedy, land grabbing neighbors (ahem- allegedly). They helped me save a TON of money so that I could take the fight over the finish line, despite the opposing counsel's constant threats and grandstanding. I was successful in holding onto the property my neighbors were attempting to take from me.
Hired an attorney in this firm to help us with a seller disclosure issue. Took him two months to produce three poorly written demand letters that had to be corrected as they were letters that had been used for another client and the facts were incorrect. They charged over $6,0000.00 to write the letters. Additionally we were charged for continuing discussions with one of the respondents even after we were told that we should not pursue further. Except for our first meeting, communication was nonexistent. Would not recommend this firm. Go elsewhere.
Spent several thousand for basically two emails.
