Multiple reviews from individuals who appear to be clients express significant dissatisfaction with the firm's communication practices, responsiveness, and overall professionalism, which potential clients should be aware of before engaging their services.

Effective and transparent communication is a cornerstone of a positive attorney-client relationship, particularly in complex and often time-sensitive areas of law like immigration. The experiences shared by individuals who have interacted with La Firma Inmigrantes Primero paint a concerning picture regarding the firm's ability to maintain adequate communication and provide timely updates to their clients. These accounts highlight a pattern of unresponsiveness and a lack of proactive engagement, which can lead to significant frustration and anxiety for those seeking legal assistance.

One client describes the communication from La Firma Inmigrantes Primero as "extremely disappointing." They specifically mention difficulties in reaching Araceli, who reportedly rarely responds to text messages or phone calls. Furthermore, this client notes a lack of proactive effort from the office to provide updates on their case. Attempts to obtain information by calling the office allegedly result in promises of a follow-up within 24 to 72 hours, which the client states "never comes." This individual reports having tried to contact Araceli regarding their case for over two months without success, highlighting a prolonged period of being unable to obtain crucial information about their legal matter.

Adding to concerns about accessibility and reliability, another reviewer recounts a frustrating experience involving a visit to the physical office. This individual took time off work to visit La Firma Inmigrantes Primero, calling ahead to confirm their closing time of 5 PM. Despite arriving at 3 PM, they found the office to be closed. They waited nearby and returned at 4 PM, only to find it still closed. This potential client emphasizes the lack of professionalism in not being notified of the unexpected closure, highlighting a disregard for their time and effort.

The most severe feedback comes from a client who levels accusations of being "scammers." This reviewer states that they spent "thousands of dollars YEARSSSSSS ago" and still face significant difficulty in obtaining any updates on their case. They describe a stark contrast in the firm's demeanor, noting that the office staff is initially "happy to help" until the client inquires about an update on their ongoing immigration matter. At this point, they allege that the firm promises to call back but consistently fails to do so. This reviewer expresses extreme dissatisfaction with the firm's apparent eagerness to take their money followed by a lack of communication, even for a brief update. They strongly advise others to "DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!" by engaging La Firma Inmigrantes Primero.

Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding communication and accessibility, providing specific details about the physical environment of La Firma Inmigrantes Primero at 4740 Green River Rd #208 becomes less relevant for potential local users. The primary concern raised by multiple reviewers is the apparent difficulty in contacting the firm and obtaining information, which would likely overshadow any positive aspects of the office setting itself.

Similarly, while La Firma Inmigrantes Primero operates as an immigration law firm, the severe allegations of poor communication and lack of service significantly impact the perception of their ability to effectively deliver these services. Based on the reviews, potential services might include assistance with various immigration processes; however, the reported lack of follow-through and communication raises serious doubts about the reliability and quality of any services they may offer. Local users seeking assistance with immigration matters need assurance of consistent and transparent communication, which the current feedback suggests is lacking at this firm. The specific types of immigration cases they handle are secondary to the overarching concerns about their client interaction.

The communication from this office has been extremely disappointing. Araceli rarely responds to texts or calls, and there’s no proactive effort to update you on your case. When you call the office, they promise to follow up within 24 to 72 hours, but that call never comes. I’ve been trying to reach Araceli about my case for over two months without success. Today, I left work early to visit the office. I called ahead to confirm their closing time, and they said 5 PM. I arrived at 3 PM, but the office was closed. I waited nearby and returned at 4 PM, only to find it still closed. If they weren’t planning to be available, the least they could have done was notify me. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

They’re scammers, we spent thousands of dollars YEARSSSSSS ago and it’s still hard to get any update from these people. We call the number and they’re happy to help until we let them know we are looking for an update on our case. They say they will call back and never do. They were so fast to take our money but can’t give a 30 second update. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service we have received from this business. We have made numerous attempts to Rosa Maria, leaving several messages, all of which have gone unanswered. This lack of communication is deeply troubling and falls short of the level of service we expected. Rosa Maria assured us that we would be able to secure permanent residence for my mother-in-law, and we proceeded with the payment for the services based on that assurance. However, it appears that these promises have not been fulfilled, and we are left feeling misled. Due to the lack of response and failure to deliver on their commitments, we are considering filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Bar.

The service was very easy to deal with and they helped the whole way event when I thought it was not going to be possible. I received my green card in less than 8 months without leaving the US. I am greatful for Rosa Maria and entire team for everything that they have done to make sure I was successful in this journey! Thank you!
