I have had the pleasure of working with Tomasz (Tom) Koziol of Kurt E. Vragel, Jr., P.C., and I can confidently say he is an exceptional authority in his field. Tom’s expertise in transportation law, commercial litigation, construction law, and collection matters is unparalleled.I highly recommend him for any legal needs in his areas of practice.

All I can say is, listen to the stars. This guy basically called me stupid over the phone. EDIT: he just called me and threatened legal action against me for leaving this review :)

If I could give negative stars I would. They kept telling me things such as "Spending a little money now will likely save you much more later" however after 5 months of working with them they were never able to complete what I wanted them to do... They still kept charging me though, they seemed to run into a lot of legal problems writing my contract. Is this not a law firm for transportation? Why there were so many problems was a mystery to me. They never accurately explained to me what the problem was legally when they "ran" into one. Terrible!

Highly recommend the services of Kurt and Tom, whom I've been working with for the past 6 years. Sound advise and direction, very reasonable.

They are money hungry and won't provide you with any actual service. They barley were able to help me it took 4 months of service to fix a simple problem which afterwards talking to another lawyer told me he was able to settle that in a couple hours and it would cost me a fraction of what I paid these clowns. Poor service and quality.

A key feature of Kurt E. Vragel, Jr., P.C. is the deep and specialized knowledge of its attorneys, particularly in the niche area of transportation law. Tomasz (Tom) Koziol, an attorney with the firm since 1999 and admitted to practice law in Illinois in 2007, is specifically highlighted in a client review for his "exceptional authority" in transportation law, commercial litigation, construction law, and collection matters. This indicates a team with significant experience and expertise in their stated practice areas. Tom Koziol is also noted for his responsiveness to client needs and his ability to "navigate the client through the complexities of the legal process." The firm's long-standing presence since 1987 also suggests a stable and experienced legal team.
However, it is important to provide an objective introduction based on all available information, which includes diverse client experiences. While one client highly recommends Tomasz Koziol for his expertise, another review describes a significantly negative experience with "this guy," who "basically called me stupid over the phone." This review, along with a subsequent "EDIT" stating a threat of "legal action against me for leaving this review," indicates a stark contrast in client perception regarding professionalism and client interaction. This highlights that while the firm may possess strong legal expertise in its practice areas, client experience can vary widely. It suggests that communication style and client relations may not be consistently positive across all interactions.
For promotional purposes, Kurt E. Vragel, Jr., P.C. would typically emphasize its specialized legal expertise, particularly in transportation law, and the extensive experience of its attorneys, such as Kurt E. Vragel, Jr. and Tomasz Koziol. Highlighting their ability to handle complex commercial and regulatory issues for businesses, and their focus on specific industries like trucking and construction, would attract their target clientele. The firm’s long history and the positive testimonial regarding Tomasz Koziol's knowledge and responsiveness could be used to demonstrate competence and positive client outcomes in specific areas. The fact that they handle diverse aspects of commercial law, from contracts to litigation, presents them as a comprehensive legal partner for businesses.
However, an objective introduction must also acknowledge the critical feedback. For potential clients, understanding the full spectrum of experiences is vital. While the firm offers valuable specialized services, prospective clients might consider the importance of direct communication style and client interaction when selecting legal counsel.
In conclusion, Kurt E. Vragel, Jr., P.C. in Glenview, IL, operates within the "Nearby Lawyers" category, providing highly specialized legal services predominantly in transportation law, commercial litigation, construction law, and collection matters. The firm, founded by Kurt E. Vragel, Jr. and featuring attorney Tomasz Koziol, is characterized by its deep industry knowledge and its capability to handle complex business and regulatory issues. While praised for their expertise and responsiveness in specific areas, prospective clients should consider the varied nature of client experiences reported regarding communication style. For businesses and individuals seeking specialized legal assistance in these niche areas, the firm's detailed expertise remains a key offering.
