There is nothing positive about a divorce. That said, Dan was everything I hoped for when I hired him (including giving me candid advice that I needed to hear). I am well versed in selecting trial counsel, with a 30+ year career as a corporate lawyer working directly with trial lawyers in both major and minor disputes. I observed Dan in contested hearings before hiring him: he clearly has command of divorce law and local courtroom rules and practices, as well as the respect of both the DuPage bench and bar.
