This review, however, seems to stem from a situation where the individual sought assistance related to a dispute with a property management company ("First Service Residential") and expresses dissatisfaction with the handling of that matter by someone at the firm. While this review is concerning, it's important to note that it doesn't explicitly detail the area of law under which this assistance was sought. Stephanie Daniel and her team worked for me and with me to navigate my estate issues as well as the administration of the estate. Stephanie has superior knowledge in her field, is efficient and is committed to her clients and their success. Highly recommend!
I won't get in to specifics, that's not needed here but what I will say is that when I showed in person to address the situation at hand, (just to be clear, it was a surpise that i showed uo as I was on my luch break snd just decided to see what was happening). I was lied to about a few things. The lies were fact, not speculation and the indivual whom was supposed to keep in touch, did not do what was supposed to have been done. Thr lack of return emails and phine calls is really what made the situation worse when it could have been better. I have never had issues with attorneys, thier firm or their paralegals whoch ever side i have been on with them; however I do now. I will have issues now and i will start to make known what grievences my family and I had becasue of galse help misleading guidance. By leaving this poor review here, I am starting the ground work on making things right against the company they represent, First Service Residential, that financially harmed me which in turn affected my kids, really my whole family and I can't stand by that. I hope to change this review by working with someone from this firm to help settle the issue at hand, but from what I can tell and personal expirence as well, the help would not be forthright and the firm would probably promptly ignore the problem any way.
This is either a very bad law firm or they deliberately did a very poor job because I was black and just took my money. I hired an attorney there to close my estate, 2 years and $21,000.00 later still is not closed. The attorney thought because I received a partial payment he felt that he did something but he did not do what I hired him to do which was to close the estate because the administrator cut off all contact with the beneficiaries. I fired him him 3 times and 2 times I let him talk me into hiring him back.I didn't the 3rd time. Each time I went to court afterwards he stood there with his hand out asking for a payment for a job that I hired him to do which he did not complete hired him in October of 2019 he did file to court he was representing me u after taking my $4000.00 retainer until January of 2020 and it was down hill the rest of the way. It was like paying for 4 tires and only getting 2. I would not recommend them to represent anybody even if your charge was an expired tag.
This firm is handling our affairs. Actually getting things done. Thank you it's a relief. They treat us with respect and respond to our emails very quickly. When we reach out they are there. Thank you.
