I finally completed a chapter 7 bankruptcy with King and King! Such a relief. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The team is extremely knowledgeable which put my worries at ease. They were always available if I had any questions. If I didn’t then no news is good news and I’m glad to have had them guide me through this process!
This place is by far the worst company you can go to in your time of need. I reached out to them to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy to put a stop to my eviction because they kept sending me letters in the mail saying they can help. I had my consultation with attorney LP Powell and during my consultation I was told My income qualified for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Three weeks later during our 1 hour long appointment for the actual filing which is 3 days before my eviction court date, she tells me according to there budget sheet I don’t qualify for a chapter 7 due to my income, I qualify for a chapter 13. I asked why wasn’t that communicated during the initial consultation why tell me that three days before my eviction court date. She responded that she apologize but at that time we didn’t do a budget sheet she only looked at my initial income. She then said my only option was a chapter 13 and there was nothing she could do. She said that later on when my income was lower I could convert to a chapter 7 but in the meantime a chapter 13 was going to cost me 515 a month for the next three years.. I felt she was trying to force me into a chapter 13 which is why she waited 3 days before my eviction court date to tell me that So I couldn’t have time to find another law firm and that I would have no other choice but to file with them because my back was against the wall. Her lack of communication and lack of professional courtesy to be honest really put me and my family in a bind. 0/10 I don’t recommend this law firm to anyone especially someone who is in a similar situation as me.
I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist during my call today, January 3rd, at 10:10 AM . Her ability to understand my concerns was lacking, and her customer service skills left much to be desired. While I understand that everyone can have tough days, it’s important for staff in such roles to maintain professionalism and empathy. I strongly suggest hiring or training someone with strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to better serve clients.
I had disappointing experience with the receptionist during my call today, January 7, at 9:27am, Her attitude was very bad and her ability to understand my concerns was lacking, her customer service skill left much to be desired. Everyone can have a tough day but remember that customers come first, professionalism is important people should keep that in mind. with that being said my over all experience with K&K is good.
My experience with King and King Law was nothing but amazing. The attorneys reached out to me in a timely manner to take care of my situation. They gave me step by step instructions on what to do next. The price was reasonable and I couldn’t have a more better law firm. I would recommend King and King to anyone to help with there bankruptcy needs.
