This indicates expertise in navigating the intricacies of estate law, including the management and distribution of assets according to wills and trust agreements. The reviewer also highly praised Craig Pearlman, identifying him as an "immensely experienced lawyer" and "one of the most compassionate and careful people I’ve ever met." This suggests a combination of legal acumen and a client-focused, empathetic approach. The positive feedback extended to his paralegal, Noel Kohr, who was described as "equally compassionate and professional" and consistently available throughout the "year-plus experience" of the estate settlement. This highlights the support staff's role in providing a positive client experience.

However, another review presents a contrasting perspective regarding the firm's approach to health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. This reviewer recounted visiting the office for estate planning services and being concerned that "no one in the office is wearing a mask." The reviewer interpreted this as a lack of safety measures and a contribution to the pandemic, leading them to leave without proceeding with their legal needs. This feedback, while focused on a specific point in time (mid-pandemic), raises a concern about the firm's adherence to recommended health guidelines during that period. It is important to note that this review pertains to a specific situation and may not reflect the firm's current practices regarding health and safety protocols, especially given the evolving nature of pandemic-related guidelines.

In terms of promotional information, the positive review from the client who had their estate and trust settled serves as a strong testimonial to the firm's capabilities and client service in that area of law. The reviewer's willingness to give a "6 stars if I could" rating underscores their high level of satisfaction. This firm assisted me in the settlement of a fairly complicated estate and trust. Craig Pearlman is an immensely experienced lawyer and one of the most compassionate and careful people I’ve ever met. His paralegal, Noel Kohr, was equally compassionate and professional and available during the entire year-plus experience. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

I went to their office to get some estate planning done. in the middle of a pandemic, no one in the office is wearing a mask. They are contributing to the pandemic . They are not taking safety measures. They do not seem to care. Would not go here at all! I just ended up leaving as I could not support such a company.
