  • This firm was recommended to me by my insurance agent and it was one of the most expensive and disappointing legal experiences I've had. My greatest disappointment came from their billing practices. Everytime they read an email I was billed at least $30. Every time I was left a voicemail I was billed. I was billed several hours for an associate to write a simple letter (that I could have done in under an hour) and then I was billed for the partner's time to review the letter. In the end this firm sent out a couple of demand letters that were either marked as "request denied" or were completely ignored. Their answer was, we can sue them but that will cost you ten's of thousands of dollars. I've worked with many lawyers and law firms over the years and I've never been nickeled and dimed like I was here. When I complained I got a minor adjustment on my final bill. Based upon my experience I would not recomend them to anyone.
