Is It Really A Divorce You Want? I am in my 70’s, husband in 80’s. Second marriage for both, husband has means. Has not made provisions for me after he passes that would be separate from his family. Have asked him over past 9 years to make changes, he refuses. May as well divorce now and make a life for myself while young enough to do so . . . David Karp was referred to me as the best of the best divorce attorneys. He is far more than a divorce attorney. The divorce proceedings started and David realized I did not hate my husband so he asked if I would agree to a “90 pause”. During this “pause” I (not David) would need to negotiate my needs with my husband. David guided me to the resources needed to make a solid, fact-based offer to my husband. I was very reasonable and my husband accepted my offer. We are staying married. Because I had to confront my husband ‘head on’ I am a much more confident woman going forward in life for what I believe. David Karp understands marriage, people and predicaments. He will read between the lines and give you his opinion on whatever you ask. David answers emails, phone calls, whatever is needed. David Karp is the best man for this job! -Bev
If you are getting a divorce, and you do not know where to start, than do not bother looking for another attorney. Hire Dave. I gave him a 5 star review because there were only 5 stars available. My actual review would be 6 out of 5. Dave fought hard for me and helped me get through this process. It would have been much more arduous had Dave not been there to fight for things like custody and child support. Thanks to Dave, I got what I was rightfully entitled to. His res ponce times were quick and I was never left wondering what the next step was. I was in the look and was able to make informed decisions as to why the next best step in the divorce process was. It worked out very well for me because of Dave and his efforts. I would highly recommend that Dave represents you in a divorce.
