  • If I could leave 0 star review I would. This law firm is without a doubt the worst I’ve encountered and here are some of the few reasons why: 1.) They over promise. Mayra was very sweet and attentive the first 2 times we spoke. She said it was an obvious won case for us as the driver who caused the accident had accepted fault and was confident it would get resolved fairly quickly and we would get our compensation. It’s been 4 years and i’m still having to call them to get updates and resending paperwork that THEY mishandle. 4 years!!! For an accident that could have easily been resolved in 6 months as she has said it would! 2.) Lack of communication: The receptionist only follow instructions to call you and pass along a message. Keep in mind their own lack of knowledge on the case. I know they only do as they’re told but it’s EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to get a call from them with little to no knowledge on your case and when you ask to speak to an attorney (because God forbid and you want clarity) they aren’t available because they’re in a meeting. 3.) Mishandling of documents: I have email conversations to prove that I signed for the exact same document (Release of information) on 3 separate occasions. 4.) Dishonest: During one of our conversations I was very clear with Mayra about my disappointment with their services and lack of communication. She had the nerve to say i changed my number because she had left serval messages for me. Mayra, if that was the case why not Email me? Or contact the other 4 people on the case? That you in fact had their contact information! 5.) Natasha was the one to somewhat help me out at what i thought was the end of my case with this law firm. She managed to get me the number to the broker to speak to him to get a green light to continue with the demand. But again, i did that! I had to call? Me! The customer. However, in light of that she was able to close out the case for 3/5 of us after 3.5 years. 6.) Their lack in effort: Maybe this case wasn’t to their liking. Maybe they just weren’t getting enough. Though, approximately 33% sounds pretty good if you ask me. They put little to no effort to close our cases if you ask me. 7.) This one took the cherry on top! Between December 2023 and January 2024 I signed the last of what again, I thought would be the closing of the final 2. The last 2 on the case to close out were minors. I signed off for my Daughters check to get put into a fund that would accumulate interest. Here’s another thing Mayra over promised that the kids account would be put into a decent credit union. That would overtime grow, I thought you know maybe 1-5%. Lies!! I get it they don’t have control over that! But you also don’t have to lie. My daughter will be getting .01% she’ll make between .84 cents and maybe $2 by the time she turns 18. Which will be in 7 years. I signed for my brother’s check even after i warned them i wasn’t mom or guardian. They insisted it was okay. I signed. I just got a call on 7/12/24 from the receptionist telling me i have to go sign again because the bank rejected the check for failure to put “parent of___”, i stated to receptionist i wasn’t mom and after 4 years of this i have forgotten how many times i made the well aware of the fact that i wasn’t mom!! She again, because of the lack of knowledge on the case was left speechless. I told her i find it extremely frustrating that the bank rejected the check 7 months later to which she responded “it hasn’t been 7 months”. I counted the months with her over the phone. Again, speechless. I signed off on both of the last check weeks apart from each other. You’re telling me, you deposited one check 7 months ago. But you just now “tried” to deposit the other one!? She proceeds to find excuses to which i tell her “listen i just need to talk to an attorney at this point because i’m done with you guys.” She decides it’s time to forward my call to Natasha not before she tries speaking to her first. 5 minutes later after being put on hold she tells me Natasha is busy and to call her at 12. I’m still waiting

I’m just trying to give back to my community, and the best way I thought is to let everyone know to NEVER EVER EVER hire these lawyers. My case took TWO YEARS TO SETTLE. They never answer the phone or email or text, the only way they do reply to you is if you tell them you will consult another lawyer. PLEASE DONT DO THIS TO YOURSELF, and research a better lawyer. They also had given me an amount to settle to then proceed to short me like over a thousand dollars claiming the insurance people couldn’t figure the medical costs………. Blah blah I was so disgusted with their service that I just took it. But dont let this happen to you nice friend reading. RUN TO THE HILLS AND DONT HIRE these people.
